T R I N I T Y
I groaned when I was rudely awakened by someone opening the blinds.
"Mornin' sunshine!" A man said.
I opened my eyes to see three men standing around the bed.
"Sweety, we ain't gonna hurt ya, we just need your stuff. The two boys downstairs, well they weren't very cooperative so we're gonna ask you."
"Who the hell even are you?" I asked, not taking the man who looked like a lumberjack seriously.
"Names Trevor, what's yours darlin'?" The man I now knew as Trevor said.
"Trinity, and all we have is granola bars so you should probably find a better place to raid." I said, now sitting up.
"Listen kid, if you're Lyin' things aren't gonna be fun for you and your friends, now show us the loot." Trevor said.
I got up, trying to look at least slightly threatening in my 5'4 stature.
"Hey how old are you kid?" Trevor asked.
"I don't know." I said, this was the truth since I was busy trying to survive and lost track of the days.
I went downstairs to see Ron and Carl strapped to two chairs.
"Sunshine here told us you only have granola bars. That true?" Trevor asked.
They both nodded and we proceeded to the supply room.
"This is all we have." I said, pointing to the box of stale granola bars on the shelf.
"Damn kid, you guys should join us." Trevor said, the other three men have yet to speak however.
"Yeah, I dunno I have to ask the guys."
"Cool we'll be back in three days." Trevor said.
They left and I discussed the plan with the boys. Maggie and Glenn are still out on a run to find supplies and people. They left last night so I guess it's ok. I mean after all, they are Maggie and Glenn. They're practically invincible (*crying*).
The couple walked in, with their arms full of supplies. They were both smiling thankfully, as they said,
"There's more in the cars."
They only took one car so we went outside.
I smiled wide as I saw someone I never thought I'd see again.
"What's up kid?"
