Its been about 2 months since Ive talked to Audrey . Her and Zoe got together after I broke it off with her . They're so damn happy . Emma had been by my side since day one . She is so caring for me and I frecking love her .
" Hey Ems !! " I yell down the hallway .
" Hey Y/N , how was your Christmas break ? "
" It was good , didnt really didnt do anything . My mom went to Mexico and I was home alone . I watched a lot of movies . Made dinner for myself . Bought expensive ass makeup . How was yours ? "
" You shouldve texted me !! My mom wouldve totally let you come and stay the night . Is your mom still in Mexi.... "
She stops talking and she is looking past my shoulder . I turn around and I see Audrey and Zoe fighting . Emma and I walk towards the crowd .
" YOU STILL LOVE Y/N !!! I CANT DO THIS . AUDREY YOU ALWAYS TALK ABOUT HER . IM DONE . " she shouts .
Audrey catches me staring very intestly at her . She starts walking towards me , I look behind and start running . I have been trying to avoid her and Zoe so much . Emma stops Audrey and she looks so sad and angry .
I bump into Noah and his books fall .
" Oh my gosh , Noah . Im so sorry , I ... I was --"
" Y/N , its okay . Are you okay though ? " He asks while picking up his books .
" Ive been better . Ever since Audrey cheated on me ... I havent been the same . She changed my life , ya know ? I thought she loved me , I thought she was the one I would be with forever . "
I guess I started tearing up and Noah comforts me .
" Why dont you come to my work with my afterschool and chill with me ? We havent talked in a long time . You can also vent to me and I could help you . "
I thank him and tell him I will . He inserts his number into my phone . We hug and he walks down the hall . Now that I feel better , I start to walk outside towards my car and I see her . Audrey is standing at my car waiting . She knows when Im stressed at school , I leave and go eat . Why is she doing this to me ? I dont understand why , we broke up .
" Hey Y/N .. can I --" I cut her off .
" No Audrey we cant talk cause there isnt anything to talk about so can you please move out of my way so I can leave ? "
" Y/N , please !! Im begging you !! C'mon , lets go to our usual . " She suggests .
When we were together , she used to take me to Dennys . We sat in the back corner booth . Every waiter and waitress knew our name . We sometimes got free food from there just because we were there everyday . She always got a cheeseburger with goldfish and a rootbeer . I always got a grilled cheese with fries and a coke . The regulars thought one day we would get married in Dennys .
I foucus back on her and sadly I agree to let her take me . She drove and it was so quiet and awkward . Sometimes I catch her looking at me . I dont look at her the whole 25 minutes there .
We arrive there . Before I can open my door , she runs to my side and opens it for me . I still am silent . Ever since we broke up , I havent been here . I pass by , I even park in the parking lot . Some days I want to go in and eat alone at our booth but I dont cause I know it will hurt me so much . It was our safe spot .
