Part five

(The date)

Matt and I were already there at shake shack now waiting for our orders to be ready. We were sitting a bit close to the door but not too close and I was just all in my mind the whole night. Matthew was talking and I was barely paying any attention, it was so hard for me to focus with everything that happened earlier.

"Hey! Are you okay?" He asks placing his hand gently over mine. I move away placing my hand behind my standing hand. "Yeah. I'm fine. Why?"
"Well because, you're not really talking and it kind of feels like I'm on this date by myself, you're like in another world." He says looking directly into my eyes, but I break contact.

"Oh sorry, I'm just a little distracted I guess, it's been ,uh, pretty long day." Before he could say anything a crowd of 7 people walked in and they all start making noise and walking over to our table. I've seen a couple of the girls and one of the boys in the crowd I think his name is Anthony. They walk up to us, and start hyping up. "Yoo, look who it is .. Matthew the man himself waddup bro?" Him and Matthew do that bro high five thing where like they pay their back at the same time. Anyways I sit there quietly waiting for them to finally shut up .. Just to hear one of the girls say, "hey can we join you?" And Matthew responded with "we're kind of on a date and everyone looked at each other than back at us and started laughing all saying "yeah okay", and "right". I roll my eyes looking the other way as they all pull up chairs to our table and start having side convos with each other. Matthew nudges me with his foot just to say 'sorry'. Well, he didn't say it but to initiate it with his looks. I was going to tell them to leave but once I turned they had all already left and I felt a tiny moment of happiness. Until , Matthew pointed at the register where they all were. 
"You think they're gonna sit somewhere else?"
"Nah. They're stuff is still here. But I mean if you have a problem with them being here you can tell them to leave they're your friends." He laughed under his breathe. Finally they all come back with our food included. I was happy.. To say the least .. About my food thou not this date. I didn't plan this date going anywhere like this. But it is so what can I do? After a while Matthew starts to converse with them. And I just sit there to myself.

Then I'm sorry to say this but I left without saying a word. I never do that. It's just right then and there I was in no mood for anything. I honestly didn't have a mood just a bunch of thought going on in my mind and it was driving me crazy... Internally. I just couldn't deal. So I left. No word to anyone leaving everyone in confusion .. No looking back just kept walking. And it was over. That's how my date with Matthew ended.

I know this chapter was probably horrible but lately I have literally been challenging with what to write. I've had writers block since like the summer but I update with the tiniest ideas that come to my brain and just add what I can think of but I'm trying my best until finally I get into the point of the story where I then know where it's going.
