2: MYSTIQUE WAY by Ccrusher

☆☆☆

While I'm here in school and at the first dawn in the second fuller, I would take a glance at our schedule and gave a glance at our clock.

Its 8:35. Its almost time and I still cant decide whether Cara and I will attend to the meeting with the Minister of Divine aka Margie. And I am forgetful to even ask Cara about it. I leaned to my right since she's also my seatmate.

" Hey Cara, about the meeting thingy with the Minister of Divine or Margie..." I whispered-muttered. I figured that I shouldn't let the other souls know about the letter. Especially that we're already 3 Yires.

"Yeah... about that. Are you gonna go?? Cause if you do, I will" She whispered while copying notes, not wanting to be caught by Proffer Shea.

"Let's talk later... 9:00" I muttered and she gave a small nod.

I just hope our schedule won't be full today.

*------*

Argh! Why is it that even if I'm already--- what do humans call it?? Deed? Did?-- Ah!! Dead! Why is it that even of I'm dead, I still get tired??

It seems like being tired gets doubled when you're a soul. Weird right? It seems a little ironic, though.

"Hey, Zoe!" I heard Cara silently yelled and it echoed through that whole long corridor.

I turned to face her, she was panting already when she was in front of me.

" Oh...right. So I've already decided. You?"

"Maybe?? I mean... I already told you earlier, right?? That if ever you're attending--Im in." Right. I forgot. Thanks to my active brain.

"Its at 9:30 in the morning. That's 30 minutes, later, today." I informed her. I have decided it a while ago and that's why I didn't get to listen properly to our proffers.

"Lets talk at the auditorium's bleachers." She suggested dreamily.

I decided that I SHOULD go. Though, I don't know with her, but I agreed to go with her to go to the auditorium since there will be the meeting will be held.

"That's news... but I am still wondering what's really your decision, its really hard to think, matter of fact." I said absent-mindedly as soon as we sat at the bleachers.

She nodded, agreeing that it felt like it was one VERY big decision, like a death and life one.

Then a very long moment of silence passed.

As the clock in the auditorium ticked and tocked, I can't stop feeling a bit nervous and can't stop fidgeting my toes in my high-knee sneakers.

"What do you think about the meeting? Are you going to attend?" She asked in a worried expression. I thought that my lifeless heart will jump outta me in a heartbeat when she spoke just a while ago.

I wonder why she's worried and what is it about. That's the reason why she's hard to get sometimes.

"Yeah" I answered coolly. I don't want to have cliffhangers for her at this moment.

"Oh." Was the only word that came out of her mouth before we heard a more peaceful, melodic, angelic and a it old voice. It was Angel Margie. We didn't even realize its time.
