Was I a bad guy for doing what I did?
To her?
Am I a bad person now, or a much more worse person than I was before?
I mean it was all part of the plan.
From the very beginning.
I was just following orders.
I had to make the school geek fall for me so I would get the answers to the finals.
And in return I would receive a thousand dollars.
Which I needed badly, I was just trying to figure out a way to benefit myself and push on forward with my crappy life.
I had no choice but to take the amazing deal that was being handed to me.
I couldn't resist!
I mean, what crazy person would give up a thousand bucks to simply charm someone until they foolishly gave you something they shouldn't have.
It's like taking candy from a baby.
Plus I never forced her into doing what she did, she decided on her own.
Therefore I shouldn't feel guilty.
But I do.
I don't just feel it, in my mind I am guilty.
Completely guilty.
I played with not just her, but her feelings too.
I made her believe in something that wasn't real.
I made her promises that I assured her I would keep then finally broke them like it was nothing at all.
I gained so much with her, her trust completely, then i just betrayed her like her trust was some sort of trash.
I got so close to her to get ripped so far apart from her, by all of this.
To her it probably seemed like it was a huge joke.
Like she was a big joke.
But in reality, it was just business.
Vanessa and I made a deal.
I couldn't get out of it as much as I didn't want to hurt the poor, innocent, blameless girl.
But I had to.
Business is business.
If Vanessa had paid me to do the impossible possible then I was going to fulfill that mission even if it meant planting a few little lies in someone's heart and mind.
And it wasn't just me.
Matthew was in it too.
He was also paid to mistreat her and hurt her, not only emotionally but physically too.
Much worse than me.
I was paid to be the hero of the scene.
But what was that worth if all I did was cause her pain at the end??
I got my money, but the papers were taken away, along with a few days of suspension.
Vanessa even wanted the money back, but I had refused.
The deal was made, I did my job, and I deserved that money.
It wasn't my fault her plan backfired and we all got caught.
