My eyes opened up from their squinted state. Moonlight streamed through the swaying trees as a chilly wind set through the night. It seemed like it could be a beautiful thing to paint for the job I have dreamt to have since I was ten. I hoist my body up to feel a pounding and painful sensation in my head. I was near raising my arm to my stinging head, but I had decided not to make myself sick until I returned home.
My jeep was scratched but other than that, standing upright. I limped over to the jeep, realizing that my thigh was badly bruised. Before I had opened the door a shiny object being illuminated by white moonlight blinded the outer corner of my eye.
Lowering my hand into the dewed, emerald grass, I picked up the small object. It was a small metal bracelet. I examined the bracelet closer and I couldn't believe what I had seen.
It had said Eric Mitchell.
A/N Sorry if this one was super short but I kind of wanted the bracelet to leave a cliffhanger for all of you. :D
