Car Accident

*Dakota's POV*

Calum and I walked out of the restaurant with the left overs in our hands. We got back into my car and placed the bags in the car. Calum cranked up the car and drove off.

"Would you like to do that again some time?"Calum asked as he looked over at me. I giggled and nodded. "Babe you need to watch the--WATCH OUT!!"I yelled.

Calum swerved as the huge truck came toward us. It knocked us off of the road, and our car flipped multiple times. It finally stopped, but I felt extremely dizzy.

I looked over to see if Calum was there, but he wasn't. "C-Calum.."I whimpered. Everything then went black.

*30 minutes later*

I woke up, feeling something warm on my hand. I also heard beeping noises going off on both sides of me. I opened my eyes slightly, and I looked over to my right.

I saw Calum, staring at the ceiling with tears in his eyes. "Calum.."I squeaked. He tilted his head, and his eyes landed on me.

He smiled and let more tears escape his eyes. "You ok?"I asked. He nodded no, causing me to frown.

"E-Everything hurts.."He choked out. "It'll be ok.. I promise."I squeaked out while smiling weakly. He smiled slightly and rubbed his thumb over the surface of my hand.

"I-I'm sorry if you got scared when you didn't see me in the car.. I um, flew out, but gladly didn't get hit by the car."He choked out. I smiled and nodded. "That's good.."I mumbled.

The boys, Kaya, and Ty rushed into the room and slammed the door shut behind me. "Are you ok?! God Dakota I'm so sorry.."Tyler cried as tears streamed down his red face. I let go of Calum's hand and wiped Tyler's tears away.

"I'm ok Tyler.. Don't cry, please."I said as tears came down my face. He sniffled but nodded. Louis came over to me and cupped my face in his hands.

He rested his forehead on mine and cried. I rubbed his hand and wrapped my arm around his neck. "I'm ok Loui.."I whimpered as I let my fingers tangle up in his hair.

We both pulled away, and Kaya came up by my side and hugged me. "You still remember us right?"She asked . "If I didn't I would've yelled at you guys to leave.."I said while giggling dryly.

She chuckled and nodded. The doctor came in, and Kaya moved away from me along with Louis. "Alright, I'm gonna tell you everything that we have right now ok?"The doctor said.

Calum and I nodded. "Ok, I'm gonna start with Dakota."He started. "You have a fractured leg, and you've dislocated your knee. You have a slight concussion, and you have a few bruises on your arms and legs. You'll need to rest for three weeks and use crutches for two weeks."He said.

I groaned and nodded. "For Calum.."He started. "You have a broken leg, and your hand is partially fractured. You also have a minor concussion. You'll need to rest for a month and a half and use crutches for two months."The doctor said.

Calum let out a frustrating breath and didn't nod at all. I knew that he wasn't going to enjoy these three months of pain, but I'll be there for him no matter what. "Oh, and I saw that you have a small fetus in your stomach Miss Dakota?"The doctor asked.

I nodded. "Is it ok?"I asked. The doctor smiled widely and nodded. "It's completely fine, no harm has been done to it."He said.

I let out a breath of relief and placed my hand on my stomach. I looked over at Calum, and I could still see the anger in his eyes. "But you guys can go home tomorrow morning after 10:00am."The doctor said.

We all nodded, and he walked out of the room and closed the door behind him. Calum then looked over at me, and his look automatically softened. "Looks like I'm gonna get babied for three months.."Calum grumbled.

He looked down at his broken arm and let out a sad sigh. "Calum it'll be ok.."Michael said as he hugged Calum very softly. Calum shrugged and wrapped his good arm around Michael's neck.

"It will be.. I promise, and your baby wasn't harmed, so that's something to be happy about."Michael said while smiling. Calum then smiled and nodded as they both pulled away. "That's true.."Calum said as he looked over at me and smiled.

I smiled back and placed my hand on my stomach. I then yawned and covered up my mouth, causing Calum to chuckle. "I think we should get some sleep.."Louis said.

Louis then crawled in the bed with me, causing me to roll my eyes and smile. Ty sat down next to Reed on the couch, and she rested her head on his arm. I smiled.

The boys either sat down in a chair or on the floor. Ashton turned off the light, and I could see nothing but the moon light shining through the window. I closed my eyes and slowly fell asleep in Louis's arms.
