I was just sitting on the couch, until I got a text from a number I never knew. I hesitated to answer it. I quickly grabbed my phone and clicked "answer". A charming voice answered.
"(Y/N)?"
"Laurence!?"
"Oh my irene its been so long!"
"Hold up I have to be right back my phones gonna die, text you later, chipmunk"
"Haha, see you later (NickName)"
I sighed and hung up. I went to "contacts" and put Laurence's name as "Chipmunk" I smiled, but then I was stuck in a train of the past, the past of childhood memories.
"What should I call her?" My mom said, and I can tell whos saying it. Its just my form watching what they do. I know, weird and creepy. It was my birthing, they couldn't decide what to name me. I looked aside near my mom, and there was another pregnent woman. She had her baby at the same time as my mother.
"Lauren, what are you gonna call your son?"
"I don't know, im just so happy!" A tear shedded as she said that.
"How about I name your baby and you name mine?"
"Is that what bffs do?"
"Were ultra bffs girl!"
"Alright then."
My mom handed Mrs.Lauren me as a baby, and did the same with the other baby. I still wondered who that baby was. "Awe your so cute! You look like a hmm.....
(Y/N)!" Mrs.Lauren said and squealed with joy. "I hope you'll be like your mother when you grow up Laurence, same features, same name" My mom said handing the baby to Mrs.Lauren and Mrs.Lauren doing the same. I wiped a tear that shedded, and smiled. "We are best friends" I whispered to myself. Then it brought me to another memory.
"Laurence, (Y/N), time for dinner!" My mom shouted but not in a rude way, but in somewhat a command. I remeber this, this was the first time Laurence and I had a sleepover. My mom only aloudded him as a sleepover buddy, only him, if a guy wanted to sleepover my mom wouldn't let them.
Only Laurence and my friends. I then relize, how did me and Laurence lose contact of each other anyways? I mean our mothers are still best friends. I guess I have to go through all the memories to find out.
I saw little Laurence and little (Y/N) run down the stairs laughing, at that time we were only 5, and whats even weirder, is that we have the same birthday. We were having a nerf gun fight, my mother just laughed and smiled.
"You 2 kiddos, stay here. Im gonna get Laurence's mother." My mom said waving.
"Goodbye Mommy!"
"Goodbye Mrs.(L/N)!"
We relized we were in the house alone. We smiled so wide and tryed to find cake my mom's been telling me about. I heard a footstep.
"Laurence! (Y/N)! Were home!"
And I relized, it wasn't our moms......
