Insanecupcakemaker had a contest going so  this was the villan I wanted to submit.

She is a cold hearted bounty killer and will not hesitate to kill you.

She use to be an ordinary girl, but was caught by mad scientists who turned her into a monster.

Out of frustration she killed her family withoit realizing it,  and when she did, she was never the same again.

She burnt the entire lab to the ground out of hatred and vengeance.

If she saw any survivors, she slaughters them.

She can't feel anything mentally anymore, and she has a plan to bring both monster and humans to their knees.

But she wpuld need a special kimd of soul for that.

And fortunately,  she found (y / n ).

But she needed to gain her trust, so she went inside of ( y / n )'s mind to make her think that she was a lost friend.

but she needed to get close enough to grab her soul and put it into the machine she was working on while stuck in the lab, so she can banish the world from exsistince and that even a reset couldn't help.

She doe have any friends because she thinks that it would slow her down, and she would kill anyone whp gets to close.

but, even though wisp seems like a bad as serial killer, she has a little bit of kindness left, but is to blinded by anger, hatred, and sadness for her to realize.

Her appearance is at the top, but just in case, she has black haor that is long with red high lights.
Has dark red eyes with a scar under the left eye.
Wears on fingerless gloves. And a red onesie with see through leggings.
Her skin is super pale because of a reaction on one of the expirements.
Her lips are pure black.
And her hieght is 5'8.
She has a black lightning tatto on her right arm and wears a spiked belt.
She also wears black combat boots and is super flexible and fast.
She is also quite sneaky so she might be watching you without even realizing it.
She is also a telapathic/ghost fairy type of monster so she can go into uour mind and can posses you if needed.
She is also 20 years old and is a skilled fighter and can kick your ass if she felt like it.

I already put most of the description on the contest chapter.

So that's all I'm gonna say for now.

I have a couple other characters that I might post but I'll have to finish them first.
