Six hours later and I was done packing everything up and so was my mom. Everything was already put into the moving truck and my mom was in the car. We called my uncle James to drive the moving truck and he was already ready to go. I walked around the house one last time then ran outside and into the car. I looked at my mom and she gave me a small smile. "Everything will be fine." She said before driving off. "You know Melody, Mele Hula is were your dad and I met." My mom said after a few minutes of silence. I rolled my eyes at the word dad. My mom sighed. "I was also born there." She said. I looked at her. "Why did you leave?" I asked. My mom sighed. "I had to." Was the last thing she said that night.
