The sun shone so bright among the land

The water glistened on the leaves it laid on

The animals grazed upon the grass

The bird sang brightly

The birds sang mightily

Among the meadow

Among the plains

But

The sun went down

And out came the darkness

The pain roamed the land

The despair mocked the light

The heartbreak proliferated

The clouds shielded the moon

The fog concealed the stars

Among the meadow

Among the plains

But

The sun came up

And the process started again
