Terra had just gotten out of school for the summer and didn't have anything to do. All the guys at her school were jerks and her "friends" made it feel like she was a third wheel so she just left them alone. So..Terra walked in the park and saw this huge oak tree. She put in her earbuds and sat down. Happily, she began to read "Fight Club" by Chuck Palahniuk.
-Time Skip-
A few hours later around 6:00pm, Carlos, the boy who came by the oak everyday,found this girl who was lost in her book. He sat beside her and started to read the book with her. He smiled, "I don't know what half of those words mean,". Terra jumped and dropped her book. "Who are you?! How long were you there?!" He giggled and helped her up. "My name is Carlos. Nice to meet you....What's your name?" She smiled and trusted him automatically, "My name is Terra."
And thus begins our story
