Losing Owlette (OLD AF)

Part 10: Different

Short I guess, you guys can tell so let's get it.

Amaya wakes up to hear a knock on her window during the middle of the night. She rubs her eyes and sees Airlight. She walks up and opens it slowly as she fix her glasses. "Hello Airlight."

"Hello Amaya."

"So what do you need?"

"Well, I came here to check on you my dear."

"Why?"

"Well, I've sense something wrong with you and your magic."

"What are you talking about?"

"Well........ how about we go to HQ and test somethings."

"Fine."

"That's odd, Amaya usually is excited to about transforming and....... see sounds so...... emotionless..... I need to find out what's wrong." Amaya transforms but it was different, instead of an positive aura, there was an negative aura. It was dark purple, when Airlight saw that she gasps. "What?"

"Amaya! What happening to you??"

"....."

"Amaya, let's go up to the owl level and tests somethings."

"Sure." They go up in the elevator and as Airlight said, they tested for an hour."

1 hr later

Airlight had gather a lot form it but decided that Amaya can go home. She did and after she left, Airlight thought "Oh Amaya, what has happened.... I fear that the darkness is taking over. I must tell Umo and Lynel about this right away!" Airlight flys out and heads to the cat and gecko.

After that she waited for about 10 mins and transforms 1 more time. She flys out and goes to the school that was empty and dark. Emotionlessly smirking, she finds an open window and goes into it. It was dark so she activates her Owl eyes by whispering "Owl eyes." Owlette creeps down the hallway slowly and cautiously as she makes her way to the faulty room. She successfully makes it there and searches everything she can but makes sure there is no proof.

2 hrs later

Owlette leaves, detransforms and sleeps in her bed. And for the rest of the week she acted as an emotionless blank paper.

Amaya worn something different than usual but was ok with it. She adds an hoodie with it because it's cool outside. As she leaves for the bus stop, she hears an familiar voice. "Hey Amaya, how are you today?" She stop in her tracks and answers plainly

"Fine, today has been fine Conor."

"Oh, that's great." Amaya nods and continues while he started to chat about things as they walked and Greg joined too. They were at the bus stop and climbed on.

15 mins later

They arrive and go to class, and the next one and the next one until lunch. As everyone talked and chat, Amaya was quiet and it worried a certain blonde.

The children headed back in and continue with learning.

Amaya walked straight home while everyone else was confused. "That was weird, Amaya was so quiet and different today....."

"Yeah I know Greg but let's go to the arcade!"

"Ok, sure Conor." They run the whole way there when it has been closed down because of a break in. "Oh no! We have to track and stop the nighttime villain who did this!" Greg nods as he shouts "Pj mask were on our way!" Conor joins in.

"Into the night to save the day!"
