Guard up, Good food and Girly movies

"Keep your eyes and ears out. We can't let our guard down, not with her."

The next few days were quiet. Really quiet. Which is never a good thing when you live in Beacon Hills.
I was staying over Scott's house along with Stiles and Isaac. It was Scott's idea, he doesn't want anyone to be singled out.
Lydia and Kira were with Derek...and unfortunately also Peter.

As quiet as it's been, nobody has let their guard down. Nobody can afford to...unless they want to risk being attacked by the coyotes.
We're still trying to find out who the two sidekicks are, but we've identified the leader. Her name is Phoebe Mathews, she was once a nurse at the primary school but quit years ago and dropped off the radar.
Turns out she left because she was driven out by the rogue wolf pack.

"So are we gonna go get food or are we just gonna stand here all night?" Stiles pipes up breaking the awkward silence.
"Oh right, uh...how's Mexican sound?" Scott offers with a shrug.
"Sounds good to me bro" I reply with a smile.
"Dude I love Mexican!" Isaac says excitedly, looking up at Scott bright eyed. I laugh quietly at his enthusiasm over food and sling an arm around Stiles.
"Alright, who's coming with me then?" Scott asks.
"I'm coming!" Isaac and Stiles shout simultaneously. The two glare at each other.
"He's my best friend!" Stiles says, pouting and grabbing onto part of Scott's sleeve.
"He likes me better!" Isaac retorts, grabbing Scott's other sleeve.
Scott flashed me a 'help' look and I gave him a sympathetic look in return.
"Hey uh...Isaac! Do you wanna come and um...help me pick movies for tonight? I was thinking a movie night might help take our mind off all the supernatural stuff" I say, attempting to save Scott from having to pick between his two best friends.
Isaac sighs and lets go of Scott.
"Fine...as least it means we don't have to watch Star Wars again" he replies flashing a smirk at Stiles who gasps and holds a hand to his chest.
"Oh! Okay! First of all, how dare you? Second of a-" Stiles starts but Scott cuts him off.
"Allllright that's settled now, we're gonna go get food! C'mon bro! We'll be back soon you two" Scott says throwing his arm around Stiles shoulders and steering him out the door.
I laugh as I hear Stiles faint calling from outside "We're taking Roscoe though!"
I turn to face the scarf loving beta beside me and smile at him.
"We're watching Mean Girls." Isaac says smiling back and walking into the lounge room. I roll my eyes playfully and follow him.
"Alright, any other's you want?" I ask and he looks up from his spot on the floor, surrounded by DVD cases.
"Do we have White Chicks?" He replies, his eyes sparkling in excitement, the fight with Stiles long out of his memory. I nod pointing to the movie in the pile.
"It's underneath The Little Mermaid" I say and he gasps.
"Yesssss! It's gonna be a good night!" He shouts, picking up the DVD case and holding it up triumphantly. He looks so happy, I can't help but smile back at him.
Looks like it's a comedy night. I'm more than okay with that, we could use a laugh filled night after this week on edge.

Keys jingling and the door opening let us know the boys are back  ((lmao HSM)) with food.
Isaac and I exchange an excited look before racing off to the kitchen where Scott and Stiles are setting out food.

"Hey baby" Stiles says smiling at me before quickly kissing my cheek. My smile grows and I let a little giggle out.

"Alright losers, let's get this movie night started!" Isaac almost shouts, grinning at us all before skipping back to the room with his food.
Scott laughs and follows after his sassy beta.
Stiles winks at me before following his best friend and I roll my eye playfully, taking my plate of food and heading down the hall to join them.
