Chapter 6: The day when he was leaving.

Summer's pov.

I wake up early in the morning. Its cold outside so i put on my jacket, and start walking. Its 5:30 in the morning, i hear the songs of the morning birds, i feel the cold air, and see some couples walking around. I remember that today, Kayne will leave. I ran back to my house, grabbed my carkeys and straaightly drive to his house. I'm still wearing my pajamas, and i don't care. All i know is he was leaving today and i want to see him. As i reached their house, I saw his mother putting his things in his car. I walk towards her. "Good morning Mrs. Smith." I said forcing a smile on me. "Good morning Summer. Kayne is inside preparing his things." She replied. "Thanks Mrs. Smith." I said before going inside. I ran to his room and see him. I can't say anything. Im speechless. No words can express my feelings. My mind is empty. The only thing thats on my mind is him. "Hey." I greeted. "Hey." He replied. "I'm glad you came." He added. "I wont miss this moment. Cause it will take 4 months before i could possively see you again." I said. This time my eyes are watery. "Hey..." He said while looking at my eyes. "Don't cry okay? I don't wanna see you crying." He command. I smiled sadly. "Here. Let me help you with that." I said trying to change the topic. "Sure. Thanks babe." He said. I helped him to packed the things that he'll bring.

As we finished packing, i sat beside him and lay my head in his shoulders. "Time is fast right?" I asked lookung at the ceiling. "Yeah." He said. "I have something for you." I gave a letter. He was going to open it but i stopped him. "Don't read it yet." I said. "Read it when you're already there. Okay?" I added. He put the envelope inside his bag and smiled at me. After a few more minutes of talking, he needs to leave. We walked slowly downstairs. Before he enter his car, i hugged him tight before saying good bye. "Be careful out there." I said while smiling sadly. "Okay i will. But promise me that you'll take care of your self here." He said. "Okay i will. I love you Kayne." I said. "I love you too Summer." She replied. He started the engine of his car and drive. I wave my hands and my tears started to fall from my eyes. Suddenly, his car stopped a few meters away from me and he stepped out from it. I ran towarss him and hugged him again. Then I closed my eyes and kissed him. My tears are not stopping to fall. We broke the kiss. "Be back soon okay?" I said. "Okay i will." He answered. "I'll be with you soon." He added. "I'll be with you soon." I said. And then he go inside of his car and continue to drive again. It wont be easy for me to adjust. First of all Kayne is not here, second, even if it's only a few minutes when he's not here with me I've already missed him. I will miss every single thing about him. His eyes, his lips, his laugh, and when he's sweet or when we're together. Everything.
