The boy from the forest

Chapter 1

Hotaru was on a train to her uncles house while her soulmate gin was in the forest of the gods and spirits.

They met for the first when hotaru was 6 she got lost in the forest and gin helped her through the forest and back to her uncle.

Hotaru is now 17 and on her way to her uncles for the summer and she can't wait to see gin again like she has every summer since she was born.

Gin is still the same age and waiting for hotaru to come visit him like she had done since they met the day she went lost.

Both of them together hotaru fun of fun and gin ready to protect her at any second they are great together and never once fought.

Hotaru's train has just stopped at her uncles town and she grabbed her bags and dragged them out and looked around for her uncle.

Gin walked around the forest thinking of hotaru and when she would come gin looked up and noticed he wandered tow here they first met gin instantly smiled and thought more about hotaru.

Hotaru saw her uncle and ran up to him embracing him in a big hug both hotaru and her uncles faces lit up at the sight of one another but the only thing on hotarus mind was.       Gin.

Gin sat down where hotaru was sitting when they first saw each other and smiled even more he stood up and walked back to where him and hotaru would normally meet he sat there day and night and occasionally get up and walk around.

Hotaru and her uncle started to walk back to the house. When they got to the house hotaru put her bags down and went to the forest.

Gin was sitting on the steps of the abandoned temple (there meeting place) and thought about hotaru.

Hotaru walked to the forest and thought about gin and if he forgot about her or he isn't there any more but she looked up and saw gin she wanted to run to him and hug him but there was only one problem if she touched him he would disappear it's his curse he lives forever but if he touches a human he disappears.

Gin looked up at the sound of a twig snapping and saw hotaru she was looking much older now like a lady gin wanted to run up to her and hug her but he couldn't.

Gin stood up and walked over to hotaru and they began to walk to the lake.
