I'm utterly screwed. My sister is running up to me, full speed, like she's about to burst. It's like she knows my biggest secret and she can't wait to ask if it's true. I mean, no one can know my secret, I'm really good at hiding it.
"Joe come here, now!"
"Oh god" I whisper as I make my way over to the tree she's beckoning at, cringing as her grin widens.
"Do you have a crush on Caspar?"
I stop in the middle of my exasperated sigh and blush, knowing that that's all the answer she needs.
"You do!! Oh my god this is going to be so amazing!"
"Zoe you need to stop assum-"
"Joe! You need to ask him to the back-to-school dance! You two would be amazing together, and you know he obviously likes you."
"B-but what would our fan-base say? I get most of my views from straight girls with crushes on me. I'll be kicked out of school!"
Zoe sighs and rubs her face, looking as stressed as I felt. She stares at me with an expression that shows that she thinks I'm utterly stupid, and pinches my cheek.
"Oh Joe, you gained subscribers because you're my brother, not because you're hot. Everyone loves gay YouTubers, it's a proven fact."
"Zoe, fine. I'll think about it. Just go on so I can consider things in peace."
She squeals and practically skips away as the first bell rings and I'm forced to go to homeroom.
