It was a breezy August afternoon and I had just called Matt to confirm that we are still going to camp together for the week.
"Hey man, you still coming over to pick me up right?"
"Of course Bruh" Matt replied.
"Alright good, You got the green?"
"Haha yeah man, I always do, you know me"
"Hell yeah, alright I'll see you in a few, I still gotta pack."
"Alright"
After he hanged up I sat my phone down on my desk and started to pack for the following week.
"Man this weekend bouts to be lit!" So I started putting all the necessary items in my bag; shorts, shirts, boxers, socks, mouthwash (Gotta keep my mouth clean), a little bit of weed for the trip (Can't be sober for this), and a few condoms (I'm feeling a little lucky).
"JIMMY! COME DOWN AND TAKE THIS TRASH OUT!"
Ugh. Everyday I gotta take this shit out. "I'm coming down now!" "Your legs work don't they" I mumbled to myself.
"Morning mom, what's for breakfast?"
"Cereal, take the trash out after you eat and you need to wash your car before you leave for camp"
"Ugh, alright mom. you gonna give me my allowance before I leave?"
"Sure Honey, how much is that?"
"$40, remember"
"Give me a minute, I gotta feed your brother"
"Oh and did you get me my cigarettes?"
"Yes son"
"Thanks mom, Love you!"
"Love you too honey"
I set out to get the bucket from the garage so I can wash my car, a gorgeous 2017 Ford Mustang GT with a nice graphite color and 5.2 cylinders with a turbo that kicks in at 45 mph.
After I finish washing my car I head back inside to grab my money and my bag and wait for Matt to come over.
