Heart of the Moon and Stars

So I decided to rewrite this story and a few of my others. I had pretty much given up on writing Sailor Moon fanfictions, but I decided I might as well finish what I started. (^_^) So just stick with me as I try to finish these stories.

A girl, about the age of sixteen, stood on a small wooden balcony that over looked the small city of Juuban. Her fiery red eyes danced across the sky when a flash of light torn her gaze from the twinkling star. 'So they finally decide to arrive.' a smirk graced her pale lips as she spun on her heel to leave. Starlight yellow eyes gazed curiously up into her face.

“Amber, I was wondering what you were doing up here... all alone,” Star's yellow gaze faltered to the ground as she look slowly away. Sliding two fingers under her sister's chin, Amber forced Star's gaze from the ground. Bending so that she was eye level with her sister, Amber let a sickly sweet smile cover her face, “Now that is an odd question, Little Star.” venom dripped like honey from her words as Star's eyes widen with fear.

“I was just curious that's all!” Star shouted as she stumbled back away from her older sister's touch.

“There's no need to lie, Little Star.” Amber's eyes flashed dangerously causing Star to hold back a tremble. Amber turned away as she let out a sigh, “And here I thought I could trust you... guess I was wrong.” Star slid down the wall as her sister stalked slowly past her.

Hot salty tears sprang to Star's cat like eyes as she let out a heart broken cry, “Emerald... s-she made me! I'm s-s-s orry, Am!” A warm hand cupped her cheek as Amber leaned down to her, “Sorry, I scared you Star.” with that the fiery warmth left. Standing up Star made her way for the door. Upon her entrance Star was meet with her twin's dark gaze. Sighing Star wiped the last of her tears before shuffling over to the couch. Letting out a breath she flopped beside Rose.

“So you just had to spy on Amber, hmm?” Rose's black eyes glared darkly at Star.

“What do you mean?”

“Don't play dumb, Star!”

“I'm not!”

“So then you didn't start the fight, hmm?”

“What Fight?” Star asked confusedly as she blinked a couple of times. Rose inclined her head toward the kitchen, where harsh whispers leaked out. “Oh that fight... then.. yeah I guess I did start it.” Star replied sleeplessly.

“Well then go and fix it!” Rose screeched.

“Are you CRAZY! They will kill me!” she wailed at Rose.

“Who's going to kill who?” A sweet song voice sounded from behind the twins. Rose and Star screamed as Sapphire's head peaked over the couch, her blue eyes pretending to see everything.

“Nothing Sap.” Star growled before storming off. Sapphire and Rose exchanged questioning glances before looking in the direction their blonde sister had went.

“Well that could have been worst.” Sapphire giggled.

“You did not just say that!” Rose yelled. Amber stormed in causing both girls to look at her questionably. It was obvious that she was still fuming when she set down next to Rose. The front door slammed, shaking the plaster walls, as Emerald left angrily.

Shrugging Sapphire looked curiously between everyone, “Guess I spoke to soon.”
