Chapter 6: Promises ( part 2 )

( Mitsuhide's pov ):

I ran as fast as I can, I can hear Kiki voice behind me.

- Mitsuhide! Wait! I-I can-
- Stop, Kiki. I know... I should leave you and Zen for now and take a break like you wanted me to.
- No-
- Just stop. Stop, Kiki
- But please hear me-
- .....

I ignored Kiki, as she reach out for my hand...saying:

- Please...I want to tell you something before I go...
- Say what Kiki ? That can't still change anything so please go!
- .... Fine, Mitsuhide-I can hear her tears rolling down and drop to the floor...- I will...But remember.......This can be our last meeting as a partner, Mitsuhide.- She slowly walk away... But little do she know I was crying too. Our last meeting as a partner ends like this... How sad...I...sorry, partner. I guess THIS IS our LAST meeting...

( sometime later )
( Kiki's pov ):

I slowly walk away from Mitsuhide... Trying to not remember all the good time we've spent but I can't forget them... I come back to Zen's office with a sad face. Obi and Shirayuki is there as well.

- ....I can't call him back...I'm sorry...Shirayuki ?
- Y-Yes ?-she is crying, too- W-What is it?
- I would like to talk with you for a minute. Would you mind?
- N-No! Not at all.- She was trying to smile
- Master,I would like to talk with you as well.
- Me too.

( Mitsuhide' pov ):

It's been a long time since I was crying...the last time was...like when I'm 12? I don't remember much...Anyways let's go back to my room...

- Hey Mitsuhide!! Care for a training?
- Sure! Why not?

After a short fight...It wasn't interesting or special anything but it was quite fun and relaxing. Since I'm taking break so I don't have much to do...

- Miss Kiki!!!

I was startle when they call her name. Mostly because I'm avoiding her so I do what I'll do, avoid her.

Phew...mission complete! I successfully avoiding her with no problem whats-so-ever. Let's get back to my room.But I wonder why is she there? She should be working with Zen. With my door closed I began to sit on my bed.

knock_knock

- Who's there?
- .....

Door opened. It was Kiki.[ don't thinks anything weird,ok? ]

- Why are you here?
- To talk to you.
- You sound like you're crying.
- I'm not.- She asked-Can we talk?
- About what?
- About whats happening...
- We can, I suppose...
- Thanks...

We sat down on the floor, next to each other. Now Kiki is crying.

- I'm sorry...Partner...
- You don't have to...
- It because I'm the head of my family so I can't stay...
- I know...But it's ok.Life can be unfair sometimes...
- Hey Mitsuhide...
- Hm?
- I've asked my father to stay...And...
- And?
- He let me stay...
- Really?
- With a condition...
- What condition?
- I must tell him my secret...
- Oh...

- I'm back...Mitsuhide. And I'm not going anywhere.
- Thanks...partner.
- No problem.
- Hey, Kiki?
- Yeah?
- Promise me that you're not going anywhere.
- Yeah!!I promise!!

We then start talking and revise our past... It was fun. Then...
