Work vs Love

"How about Luhan?" Krystal suggested while looking around. They nodded their heads in agreement. "Yes. Luhan will make a good leader." Sulli says, wanting to leave the room as soon as possible and to leave her bad reputation behind.

"Okay, it is set then. Let's move out to Room C tomorrow and Victoria, would you mind helping me tell Luhan? I have to report to Mr Lee about our choice." Victoria nodded silently. Krystal pouted at the thought of not being able to talk to Luhan and Luna caught her pouting. Luna pulled Krystal aside, away from the rest.

"Krystal, you do know that Luhan is attached right?" Luna said with her eyes filled with worry and she soften when she saw Krystal's jaw dropped. "He...he is attached?" Krystal stuttered and gripped Luna's arm tightly. Luna took a step back, surprised at Krystal's anxiousness. "Yuri Unnie..." She mumbled. Krystal stood back in shock. "No way..." She sighed. "Why are all the good guys taken?" Before leaving the room looking soulless and deflated.

Luna slightly teared up as her eyes lingered at Krystal's fading back. She was then pulled away by Amber to continue packing.

(Krystal's POV)

'This always happens. The older ones always get the guy. Just like how Jessica always gets the guy to like her instead of me.' Jealousy took over and her eyes unconsciously flooded with tears as she ran into a bathroom and cried there alone.

(Luhan's POV)

I texted my girlfriend to meet up after we were done with our training. I finished up with my dancing of Mama with the boys before throwing my bag over my shoulder and jogging out of the dance room. I could hear my buddies shouting 'goodbyes' at me as I waved back at them. I was too excited to meet her again but in my excitement, I bumped into someone hard. "Ow!" She screamed out before falling butt first to the floor. I slid back silently and quickly held out a hand to pull her up.

"I'm so sorry, Victoria. Are you hurt anywhere?" I asked in a hurry. She shook her head and gave me a small smile. Before i could leave, she placed a hand on my shoulder. "Wait Luhan, I need to tell you something."

We went to the side of the corridor as she grinned at me and handed me some keys. "These are the keys to Room D. You are now the head-in-charge for Room D, Luhan." She paused for a while looking at the keys in my tightly held palm. "F(X) will be moving out of Room D. We will be having our debut soon. Please take care of the rest, alright?" She whispered the last part as she smiled softly at me. I could see the sadness in her eyes.

Victoria patted my back slightly and she walked away slowly. Her image looked solemn and down. I started to feel sad and I glanced at the tightly held keys in my palm. I'm going to have a higher authority now, and also more responsibility. I hope I can handle them.

(Yuri's POV)

I waited for him for almost an hour. I sat patiently waiting at the water fountain in the sun, I had to wear a mouth mask and sunglasses to disguise myself in order to avoid fans from finding out. The sunlight started to draw away as I continue to wait.

"Where is he?" I mumbled as I called him. He picked up only after the 5th ring. "Hello? Whose this?"

I glanced at my phone shocked at his question. "Where have you been?" I started biting my nails worried, his voice didn't sound right and he always checked his caller ID before picking up.

"I'm sorry baby! I'm quite busy right now, can we push our date to tomorrow instead? Please understand." His desperate voice pleaded me. I sighed loudly for him to hear as I whispered a 'fine' and hung up. I stood up hastily and walked back to the apartment, kicking a pebble on the way.

(Writer POV)

Luhan bursted through the doors of Room D to see F(X) standing in front of the rest with their luggages by their side. Krystal stopped and stared at Luhan as he stared at them wide-eyed. "You are leaving? So fast? What about us? What about me? You have yet to tell me anything. This is too sudden. You can't do this!" He shouted in desperation as he shook Krystal's shoulders hard. Tears brimmed in her eyes, she pulled his arms away and whispered a 'sorry' before running out, not being able to take the pressure.

Luhan stared at the floor as Xiumin went forward to comfort him. "We have to go now, remember what we said okay? Take care of yourself guys." Amber said as she pulled Krystal's and her luggage out. Sulli patted Luhan's shoulder as smiled lightly. "We will explain soon okay. I know that we left Room D in good hands but just an advice. Prioritize work before love okay?" Luhan forced a small smile and nodded.

After all the f(X) members left, everyone tilted their attention to Luhan as he sighed deeply and held his nose bridge in thought. "What do we do now?" D.O's voice came in a whisper. "Sleep. Let's just sleep. I will figure out what we will do tomorrow." Luhan walked back to their shared room, looking dejected. Kai tugged at D.O's sleeve as he smiled at him, trying to bring up the mood.

'Prioritize work before love.' Sulli's voice rang in my head. Do we have to? I kept thinking about as I unconsciously fell asleep.
