Some rules you need to know:

2. Be patient. I might be busy.  (ॢ˘᎑˘ ॢ❁)

3. Be specific with your cover/Wallpaper details, but not too Over-Complicated...

4. Anime only.

Payments:

Just give me the credit for the cover. (If you use it).  You will be banned from requesting covers if you don't give me the credit.
