Why me?

Chapter one: The Restaurant

I was up in my room and I can feel the whole house shaking as I was listening to good loud music, I was cleaning my room and I didn't realize how messy it was.

"Hey!" I looked over my shoulder, and It was my little sister, her name is Patricia, but I call her Pat and she's pretty smart for her age, she acts like she's older than me and she likes to over hear things very often. She's 12 years old and almost as tall as me... Wow I'm short... Oh yeah. My name is Kiera and I like to be alone at times, I'm 16 years old (turning 17 next month) and I love sports, singing and dancing... I'm also very sensitive and I have OCD at times... Anyways, back where I started...

"Hey Pat, you scared me!"

*I turned down the volume*

"Sorry, mom and dad want to know if your coming with us"

"To where?"

"For supper, maybe at Montana's?"

"Sure just tell them I'll be ready in about 10."

She nodded and walked away as her frizzy hair pounced around in her little pigtails.

I go to the bathroom and close the door, I opened one of the drawers and grab my favourite black eyeliner. Cat eyes..? Yes, suites me well with my neon yellow tube top, I wore spiky pants that ran down the side of my hip to my ankles, they're pretty cool actually. I brushed my teeth and the toothbrush got stuck by my braces., I yanked it out and grabbed a new tooth brush I bought awhile ago, and put on my bracelets and fix my thick auburn hair into a ponytail and leave my bangs on the side. I walk downstairs and I put on my Osiris shoes, my favourite ones with purple and black rhinestones and hopped into the car and we drove off. We walked inside the restaurant and took our own seats.

I turned my head slightly to see was was looking at me and it was my crush...

"Oooh! Kiera! Look who's here." Pat says about to point out at Austin, I slap Pat's stomach and hold up my menu so Austin won't see me. I clench my stomach and give Pat a look, her eyes widened and directly looked at the menu.
