Kyo x Yuki (Fruits Basket)

YOU CAN COOK?!

Yuki's pov.

Today was quick, like normally: breakfast, school. a fight with Kyo, then dinner, homework, and ranting about a part time job from Shigure... I sighed and walked to the  kitchen, i looked at Kyo, who was...baking? But what was he baking and since when could he cook!? "Stupid cat, what are you doing now?" I asked, keeping my  calm and collected self showing (a/n: if that makes any sense). I noticed the sweet sent in the room, 'cookies...' i thought then mentally smiled. "I'm baking cookies, stupid rat! What does it look like i'm doing?!" I sighed at his yelling, "yeah yeah..." 

No one's pov.

Yuki sighed and walked up to  Kyo, he always wondered why Kyo always seemed..sorta sad. Then it  clicked, Kyo had never had a loving family, or  people who cared. That's all Kyo really wanted: happiness, a loving family, people who loved him and cared for him. Yuki sighed again as he watched Kyo cut out cookies, put them on a pan and put them in the oven taking out the others that where already done. "Yuki, for once please help....Find me the cooking spray!" Kyo asked slightly panicked as some cookies where sticking to the pan, 'oh well, i can make more...'  Kyo thought as Yuki passed the spray  and watched his Cousin spray the next pan down and put more cookies on it.  "Why are you looking at me stupid rat?!" Kyo asked, his face tinted  pink. "No reason." Yuki simply said then left the room. Kyo sighed and watched him leave then saw Tohru walk in. Tohru gave a smile smile and sniffed the air, "Oh! The cookies smell good Kyo!~ Can i try one?" she asked smiling, Kyo gave a small nod and passed her one, it had cooled down so it wouldn't hurt her  mouth. She took a bite and smiled, savoring the  flavor. "They're so good Kyo!~ Excellent!" Kyo smiled weakly, "Thanks, Tohru." Tohru nodded and finished the delicious cookie. 

Kyo's pov (short)

I cleaned up everything after making the cookies and putting them up so no one else  can get into them, knowing some others may mistaken them as treats for later. I walked into the living room, and laid onto the couch watching TV and soon fell asleep.

Yuki's pov (also short)

I walked into the living room and saw Kyo laying on the bed. "Stupid cat..." i  wished but a small smile grazed my lips. "You sleep tight..." i covered him up and kissed  his head, i blushed at my own action and quickly walked off to my room. I got into my bed, after changing, and fell asleep for the night.

Shigure's pov. (short)

I walked around the house and made sure everyone was  asleep. Kyo was asleep on the couch, i laughed some but then checked on Tohru Honda and Yuki. Lucky me! They were all asleep as well. I soon went to bed myself.
