"Ready?" Asks Alex as I open the door.

"Ah Alex. Wyatt and I decided to do something different tonight" I begin closing the door after she enters.

"Well? What have you got in mind. Bowling? Cinemas?" Suggests Alex.

"No. Ah... Indoors. Actually, you might need to sit" I continue

"Ok" answers Alex.

"Well, Wyatt found your book when you stayed overnight in the spare room" I proceed.

"The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion? Yeah. It's a very good book about a man named Don Tillman who is getting married. But there is only 1 problem, he doesn't know who to yet." Ends Alex.

"No Alex. Not that book. I mean your journal. The journal about me" I explain.

"Ivy, I don't know what you mean" fakes Alex.

"This one" starts Wyatt as he enters the lounge room.

"Hey! How did you get that!" Screams Alex standing up and charging towards Wyatt.

"The point is Alex, why are you writing a plan trying to get rid of me, Caroline and Steffy just so you can have Ivy to yourself" demands Wyatt.

"You drugged Steffy! You're next move was to poison Caroline then kill my husband! How? Push him on the road so he could get run over? Why are you doing this Alex? I thought you were my best friend!" I yell.

"I'm sorry Ivy. Just, when you moved to Los Angelos, I could see our friendship slowly falling apart, gradually separating. I didn't want to loose you like how I lost Angie and Felicity. Please Ivy. Forgive me" pleads Alex.

"Are you serious? Are you actually serious? You're asking Ivy to forgive you after you drugged her cousin. After you planned to poison Caroline and kill me" argues Wyatt.

"Wyatt! I'm asking Ivy not you. Don't get involved in other people conversations" barks Alex.

"No Alex. Wyatt is right. He's part of this conversation as much as I am. So is Caroline and Steffy" I clarify.

"Are you going to forgive me Ivy? Remember all the good times we had. Running through the streets of our hometown. Jumping over fences just so that we could reach the park. Meeting up every Friday night at the cafe on the corner of Wallace Road" cries Alex.

Suddenly flashbacks of my schooling years with Alex flood my memory. The time when she helped me talk to my crush Abraham Cooper, which leaded to a 8 month relationship. Or the time I crashed my dad's BMW into the fence and she helped me repair the damage. Tears trickle down my face and I find myself swiftly brushing them off in one go. "See Ivy. We had wonderful years together. Don't throw it away over something stupid that I did" begs Alex.

The front door opens, and Caroline and Steffy walk in. "So is everybody ready?" Questions Steffy starring at her phone, not knowing what's happening.

"Ah Steffy. I think we just interrupted something important. We'll wait outside" informs Caroline.

"Actually, Caroline. Steffy. You're just in this as me and Wyatt are. You're a huge part of this mess" I proclaim.

"Ahhh what's going on here?" Stutters Steffy.

"Tell them" orders Wyatt. "Tell them. Or I will".
