You were more nervous than him. This was the first time you would be formally introducing Harry to your family . You were worried if they'd like him and approve of him and most of all if they would see him as Harry and not the world famous Harry Styles that they've seen of him.
"Did you get the pumpkin pie babe?" He said while driving out of your driveway.
You nodded.
"I have a feeling you are more nervous than I am"
"Just a little bit"
"Well don't be they'll love me I hope and it will all be fine don't worry" he says reassuring you by placing his hand on your thigh.
"So it's about a 20 minute drive then?"
"Yes 20 minutes for me to relax and think about eating my moms delicious stuffing."
"Hey, I love you. You know that right?"
"I love you Harry"
You arrived at your moms house and stepped into the kitchen to be greeted by multiple family members.
You introduced Harry properly and being the gentleman he is he shook everyone's hand and greeted your aunts with a kiss.
"Dinner will be ready in about 10 minutes. Y/N do you want to help set up?" Your mom asked.
"Of course" you said and kissed Harry's cheek , leaving him in a room full of men and football.
This should go well.
When you finished setting up you peeked into the living room to see Harry talking with one of your uncles about the game on the tv.
"No way man that was totally a bad call!" You heard Harry say and your uncle laugh.
At least he was getting into it.
"Dinners ready"
The kitchen started filling with your family members grabbing food and scarfing down.
"Harry want some yam?"
"Uh no thank you I'm not a big fan of thanksgiving yam." He laughed.
Once everyone say down at the table, everyone seemed to be having their own conversation with the group they were sitting with.
You and Harry decided to sit at the 'kids table' which ended up with Harry goofing around with your cousins.
After dinner Harry offered to help with dishes but you told him to go out and talk with more of your family. So he did and he ended up having a full on conversation about his mom to three of your aunts.
" I really like that boy" your mom said.
"Yeah me too."
"You know I don't really think he knows some of the concepts of football. But he's a great guy." Your uncle who was talking to Harry earlier said.
"Yeah he's British remember he doesn't really know American football that much. Although he's a huge packer fan." You laughed.
"Packer fan? Okay this guys a keeper." Your uncle said and ran out to go find him and talk to him about their new found common interest.
After pie Harry was completely grabbing all of your uncles attention by talking about the last packer game.
"Harry we better get going" you said and practically had to drag him away.
"Thank you so much for having me the food was excellent. "
"Thank you Harry" your mom said.
"Hey don't be a stranger you come back here anytime you like." One of your aunts said while giving him a hug.
"Oh I think he's here to stay" you whispered in your aunts ear.
"Happy Thanksgiving!" Harry said while you both walked to the car.
"Okay now let's get home so we can go watch my favorite friends thanksgiving episode."
"You're too much" you laughed
