The School Prince

"The Fight?!?"

"So, Rose is not here??", Yuta ask as we were walking to school. I bump into him around the corner, so he walked with me.

"Yea, she call me early in the morning", I said.

"When did you guys exchange numbers?!?"

"When we became friends!"

"Ehh?!? So you don't count me as your friend?? I see how it is!", Yuta pouts.

"Eh?!? That no what I meant! Let's exchange number then!", I said and Yuta nod his head up and down. I took out my phone and we exchange number. I add Yuta's number in my 'Best Friends' contact list with Rose.

"What are you guys doing??", Yuta and I turn to face Zero, and Miyuki clinging on to him.

"Oh! It's nothing, We were just exchanging numbers, that all", Yuta said. Zero looked at me with a warning glare but I just looked away. Then suddenly Zero took my phone.

"Zero! What are you doing?!?", I try to snatch it away but he held it up. Then after he did whatever he was doing he gave it back to me. I looked at what he had done and saw he added his number but it was in a new list. It was called 'My Prince', I have him a dirty glare.

"Now, I have your number and you have mine!", He said.

"Whatever! I am going ahead!", I said and walk to school faster then the other. I stop by my locker and change my shoe as usual.

"Geez! Zero! You're so mean!", I heard a girly voice and look. I saw Zero and Miyuki walk in and they pass by to their locker. I don't know why but seeing them together made my heart ache.

"It's Not Like I Care Anyways... I Really Don't... It's None Of My Business...", I mumble while fixing my shoe. I heard the bell ring and head to my homeroom. I sat down at my sit as usual, then I looked at the sit next to me.

"Tsk! Like I care!", I said and the teacher walked in and start the lesson.

I try my best to avoid talking to Zero, or him talking to me. Since Rose wasn't here today, I went to the rooftop and ate there by myself. To be honest it feels good to be alone once in a while, it's very peaceful.

"Izayoi, What are you doing here??", I turn my back around and saw Miyuki. She smile at me and came and at next to me.

"Nothing, What are you doing here?? Aren't you eating with Zero??", I ask with a straight face.

"I was! But Zero said he wants to talk to Yuta, do I came up here to see the great view!", Miyuki said. Zero's talking to Yuta?!? I wonder what's it about??

"Izayoi!", Miyuki said with her girly voice.

"Y-Yea?"

"You seem to get along with Zero... Since he took your number and all that?? There are no relationship between you two.... Right??", Miyuki was looking at me right in the eye. She was serious, she was playing around. I hesitate a bit before I answered.

"No.. There is nothing between us, He is just an annoying brat that everyone calls 'Prince'", I answered. Then there was a small silent.

"Izayoi, Please don't call Zero that! You don't understand what he is going through!! You wouldn't know how it feels to be push around!! You don't understand him, He is not what he is on the outside!", Miyuki stood up", I been with Zero since we were kids, and you wouldn't imagine how much he suffer!". With that she left.

I went back down and put my bento in my locker. There was about 10 more minutes until class time, so I wander around. I haven't been able to think properly because I keep think about what Miyuki said.

You don't understand him...
He is not what he is on the outside...
You don't know how much he suffer...

Thoughts were wandering in my head, I just felt like there was something I need to know about Zero." GUYS!! THERE IS A FIGHT GOING ON!!", a boy yell, and the students around rush to follow the boy. I, too, follow behind them.

Students were crowded at the back of the school, where there was a tennis court, and soccer field.

"STAY AWAY FROM HER!!", I heard a familiar voice say. I push through other students.

"Tsk! Says the guy who has a fiancée!!", another voice yell back. I made it to the front and saw Zero and Yuta holding each other by the collars. I can tell they have thrown some punches and kicks at each other by the bruises on there face.

"I am going to say this one more time... STAY AWAY FROM HER!!", Zero yell.

"What if I don't??", For the first time I saw Yuta smirk.

"You piece of shit!!", Zero rise his fisted hand and aim at Yuta. Then my mid flicked and my body moved on its own. I push Zero away from Yuta, and let out both of my hand defending Yuta.

"Izayoi-Hime....", Zero looked at me with a wide shocked eyes. I gave him a death stare and look him right into his soul.

"WHAT TGE HELL DO YOU THINK DOING?!?", I yell.

"....", Zero didn't respond.

"You're just going around and hurting others?!? What is wrong with you?!?", I questioned.

"I didn-"

"Shut up!! I don't wanna hear a word from you!! Right now... Right now... Zero wa, watashi wa anata o Daikirai!!", I yell and everything went silent. All I can hear was students whispering and chattering, I went over to Yuta and helped him up.

"Yuta! Are you okay?!?", I ask.

"Y-Yea... I am fine..", He said with his sweet smile.

"Let's go to the nurse! You have some bruises on you face"

"O-Okay...", I look back at Zero with a disappointing face. He looked at me with a sad expression, I turn away and went to the nurse with Yuta.

"I can't believe it! Why does Zero keep getting in a fight?!? He is such a troublesome!", I complain with I put some bandage on Yuta's cheeks.

"Haha.. Yea.... Hey, Izayoi... What do you think about Zero?", Yuta ask.

"E-Ehh?!? What do you mean??"

"..... No! Never mind, forget it!", Yuta quickly said and shook his head. I just nod, then I heard a buzz from my phone. I took my phone from my bag and looked at the message... It was from Zero.

To: My Princess
I'm sorry....

It said. I felt my heart hurt and my body aches. I don't know what this feeling is." Who is it from??", Yuta ask snapping me back to my senses. I slam my phone shut and gave him an awkwardly smile.

"Oh! It was from my big brother! He was just asking me how things were going", I lied.

"Oh.... I see, Well... Let get to class", Yuta said and I nod. We both walked out of the nurse room and head to our room, I don't know if Yuta knew I lied but I am just glad he didn't say anything else...

Before I went in my classroom I took out my phone....

I send that message and went in, the teacher welcome me back, and I went to my seat. As I went to my seat I saw Zero stare at me with his normal smile... I turn away with a small smile across my face..
