It was the early hours of the morning when I heard Phil's mother yelling. I looked over to the other side of the bed Phil was gone. I then heard Phil shouting so I ran downstairs. I got to the bottom of the stairs where i saw my dad.
"Dad..." I said.
"Oh Dumbass there you are, these idiots wouldn't let me see you" I could smell the alcohol on his breath.
"Dad no" I said. I was scared he was going to hurt me.
"What do you mean n..no" he slurred.
"I'm not going back with you" I went over to Phil and grabbed his hand.
"Oh I see your a faggot, I fucking knew it. You where useless enough let alone this" He said 'this' in such a way it hurt.
Before I could open my mouth Phil looked my dad straight in the eye and said.
"Sir, your going to leave now and your not going to come back" Phil said this with such confidence my heart fluttered. My dad went to punch him but Phil grabbed his fist before he got the chance.
"Your going to leave now and your not going to come back" Phil said more sternly.
After a while of staring at each other my dad got up and left. I felt as if a whole load had been lifted of my shoulder. I ran over to Phil.
"Thank you so much babe" I whispered.
"Its okay tumblr boy, I'm here for you no matter what" he whispered while stroking my hair.
"Dan he is never going to set foot here again" Phil's mother said to me.
"Now run along a/n pond #sorrynotsorry boys and get some sleep" she smiled as bright as her son.
"Okay Mrs lester" I smiled.
Phil grabbed my arm and lead me upstairs to his bedroom.
"School tomorrow" Phil sighed.
"Yeah, looking forward to it" I said sarcastically. I didn't want Phil to know I was still having trouble at school. It hurt me to see him sad or worried about me.
I wish one day it will stop and this will all be over. I wish one day I will be truly happy. I wish one day I will learn to love myself.
