Keys To Immortality

Prologue

*beep beep. Beep beep.*

Ugh. What is that god awful noise. Oh wait, it's my alarm clock. Morning already? Sitting up the covers side off my chest as I reach to hit the snooze button. Once it's off I stretch my arms before getting out of bed.

Ahh. Summer vacation is finally here. I'm free of that hell hole they call school. Walking out of my room I make my way to the kitchen.

As I reach for the fridge the door bell goes off.

Really? I was just about to eat. Ugh. Who in the world is up this early in the morning. Glancing at the clock I see its eleven pm. Oh. Hehe my bad.

The door bell goes off again which pulls me from my thought. Sighing I make my way to the door before opening it up.

Standing out side was the mail lady with a package in her hand. Well I defiantly did not order that. Glancing at the package I sign for it before thanking the lady.

Back inside, I hurry back to the kitchen and grab some food before heading back to my room.

Kicking the door shut because my hands were full. I drop the package on my nightstand. Turning around i set the food on my dresser. Walking over to my computer I power it on. Looking back to the package on my nightstand, I wait for my computer to start.

When it's up I log in and check my email. As I'm searching a FaceTime call pops up on my screen. Clicking on it I see its from my friend Sam. Clicking answer I get up and grab my food.

"Hey Girl!" Sam yells through the computer right when It picks up.

"Sup. Sam how you doing." I reply back with a mouth full of food.

"Gross. Don't eat with your mouth open. Anyway did you get it?" She asks causing me to stop eating and look at her. Get what?

"Get what?" I question before going back to eating.

"The package I sent!" She snapped. Looking back to the package I nod my head yes because my mouth was full.

"Well? Aren't you going to open it?" She asked. Swallowing my food I grab the package before returning to my seat. Ripping the tape off I reach inside and pull out a dvd holder. Opening it there's a blank disk inside.

"Really Sam. A blank disk?" I question while giving her a dead pin look.

"No it's not blank. Just put it in the disk tray." She commands. Sighing I follow her orders and put it in. Then Some icons pop up, clicking on one I start to down load its content onto my computer.

Once it's complete I hit the start button and a loading screen pops up.

"Well...." Sam asks as it loads.

"Well what it's still loading." I say back which makes her sigh. Well this was your idea. I think sarcastically as she sits there pouting.

"Is it done?" She whines.

"Seventy five percent." I tell her. When it hits one hundred a forest background pops up with the words Keys To Immortality on it. Bellow it is has start button.

"Keys to Immortality ? What is this?" I question her.

"Just scroll down there should be a definition about the game." She answers. Ugh fine. Scrolling down I click on the link.

Welcome to Key to Immortality. This game is a virtual online game where players can interact with mps and other players. Also players can go on amazing quests, ect....

After reading it over once I scroll back up.

"Sounds like any other RPG video game." I say lazily.
