"You were the one who drove her away! " A person shouts causing me to bolt up from my sleep. Rubbing my eyes I peer out of the cave to see its sunny out.

Wait? Aren't there trees blocking out the sun? As I'm thinking another voice shouts back.

"And where were you when I 'drove' her away? Oh wait I know you were off in lolly land with out a care in the world. While we were fighting for our lives. Your so ignorant some times" The voice hisses.

Who are they? As I'm about to stand up I look at my hands to see that their see though. What the hell? Stumbling out of the cave I see I'm in a totally different forest then the one I feel asleep in.

The trees were skinnier, while grass and bushes covered the ground as the sun shined down on them.

"Me!? I'm ignorant? Look who's talking. You've become a totally different person since we've come into this stupid forest. You're so greedy all the time and you never pay attention to me and Trinity anymore." The first voice fires back.

Turning to the source of the voices I see two human like creatures standing with their backs turned to me as they argue over something. The tall one seems to be male while the shorter one is female.

"See this is why she's so angry all the time. It's because you don't pay attention to her anymore. While I'm trying to find a freak'n way out of this forest." The girl says dramatically as the guy seems to disagree with her.

"Ummm... Excuse me?" I say while walking up to them. When they don't turn around I say it louder.

"Excuse me!?" When they ignore me again I reach to tap the guys shoulder but when I do my hand goes through his body. Stumbling back I stare a my hand in shock trying to figure out what happened.

"It's that stupid witches fault." The girl mumbles under her breath. What she said went unnoticed by the guy but I heard it from where I was on the ground.

Wait? Did she say witch? Does this have something to do with what the voice was saying to me.

As they start to argue again, some loud sound that sounds like a tree falling goes off behind me.

Flying up off the cave floor I lay a hand on my heart to calm it down as I breath hard. Sweat drips down my face as I paint and try to calm down. Looking outside the forest is back to normal.

Popping my head out of the entrance there is no one in site. Was that a dream? Or a vision?  And what woke me?

Laying back down I stare up at the cave ceiling until I hear a twig snap outside. Sitting up I crawl to the cave entrance and peer out. Looking thought the trees I spot something in the leaves.

When it moves again I squeak and hide behind the cave wall as a giant tail moves through the leaves. The creature must have heard me because a giant lizard head stares at the cave as I peek out.

Ducking back into the cave I try to steady my breath so it won't hear me. After a couple minutes and the sound of leaves crunching I look again to see the giant lizard retreating into the forest.

I think that was a basilisk. The deadly creature that kills people just by looking at them, they're also poisonous. They have venom in their claws that paralyze and some can even breath fire. Kind of like a dragon but is a giant lizard/ crocodile thing.

Leaning against the wall I look
Around the cave. Every thing seems normal, getting off the floor I turn to leave but freeze in my tracks. Was that wall always blank? Turning around I see there's no images on the cave walls.

God I'm really losing it. First I get dragged into the forest by an unknown force. Then I imagine images on cave walls and on top of that I dream about  people who probably don't even exist. That basilisk probably wasn't real either. God this forest is making me go mad.
