Star-Crossed Myth: Scorpio and the Upper Level

Prologue

This is a story about a girl named Scalatro Colette and a guy named Scorpio Hiyachin. But first you need to know an important character, a human, named Mara. A human woman who used to be a drunkard and a smoker. Not a very nice character, bossy, mean, a cheater, but when you look at her before she died, you could barely tell that she was Mara.

Mara had appeared on the Punishments List multiple times, so much that the Superior Minister (founder of department/organization/ team etc.) even wanted to wipe her off the face of the Earth. And FYI, this was before the law of 'thou-shall-not-kill-thy-humanity' or something like that. The Superior Minister of the Department of Punishments, Scalatro Colette, literally went down to Earth to kill Mara herself.

Mara was so scared and so sorry, she was brought back to her senses and promised not to drink or smoke or did whatever she did bad in the past. Because Scalatro practically scared her out of her wits. Scalatro didn't believe her easy. But when she saw that humans, namely Mara, could have a change of heart, she was able to have the law of no human killing established in the Celestial World.

Years later, Mara was now a grown adult and she and Scalatro were great friends. Scalatro, was a very pretty girl, but also pretty strict. In the Celestial World, while she's working, male Celestials usually try to win her over. She had told Mara about it, and she said she has to find someone to settle down with or she'll end up like she did before she met her. Scalatro didn't know what to do, exactly.

Days after days, Scalatro had more chasers than usual and needed a place to hide. She had accidently wandered into the door to the human world and didn't know. She opened the door and went in, appearing in the busy city of Tokyo, Japan. Mara was from Tokyo too, so this was a good chance to see her friend face-to-face once again, for they had only been contracting through pools of water.

Scalatro found a shoe shop and saw that she didn't have shoes. Scalatro was usually walking on the waters of the Reflecting Pool. (it was bigger than the fountain version, like, a legit pool) So she didn't wear shoes. Humans found her more appealing when she's not wearing her representative uniform (the uniform that Scorpio is usually wearing in the Department of Punishments), and wearing her...'calatol' uniform. So she was beating up humans for the time of being. Then was running from the police.

That's...when she ran into a man by the name of Scorpio Hiyachin, who before she had spotted before she was beating up the perverts. He was really surprised to hear that a woman who didn't even wear shoes was a Celestial. She...wasn't so very nice to him, even though he was trying hard to please her. But, she silently found it cute to see a human male do this to her. She heard from his little brother Altair, that his birthday was tomorrow, and something else...

Their parents had been killed by a terrorist group named Black Crow. That's why he acts so distant. Later on, two Celestials from her department, Ichthys and Dui had come to get her but ended up helping for Scorpio's 18th birthday party. While the two and Altair were going to get his cake. Scorpio had bought a present for Scalatro. A pair of pink, yellow, and blue woman's sneakers. They fit on perfectly. And she loved it. Suddenly Zyglavis and Partheno, two more Punishments members, came and took her away, leaving Scorpio crying and in daze.

And which was weird, because Zyglavis was smashing him against the wall, and Scorpio was trying to shoot him. Anyway...

Scorpio begged Ichthys and Dui to bring him to Scalatro for there was something he didn't get to tell her. He was able to because Shadow Dui came out. They snuck him in and...heh...stole Scalatro's representative uniform. (and...he's still wearing it...) Then when they figured out that Scalatro went down to Earth without permission and that she was in trial for it. They dashed for the throne room.

Scalatro's trial, for humans anyway, was pretty unfair, sort of. No witnesses, no evidence, none of that kind of stuff. When in normal trial, you have the jury, when it's in the Celestial World, it was the King. Who was Scalatro's father, who she didn't trust fully, and didn't like him much either. The King thought it was unfair that Scalatro had opened up to a human and not to her own father, and that she used her divine powers to defend him on Earth. Used forbidden powers without permission. That was Scalatro's designated sin.

Having wearing the sneakers did not help. Having Scorpio in the Department of Punishments pews, and sitting right next to Zyglavis, was worse. Because of this Scalatro went to as far to say she didn't love him. When in her heart she did very much. But then that gave the King more reason to kill him. Over that, while Scorpio was in prison, Scalatro cleared out misunderstandings, and granted him his birthday wish. A kiss.

Scalatro had the punishment of, if she went back down to Earth, her existence would be erased. But when she dived back down to save Scorpio, even though his memories had been wiped. Not entirely. She may had been killed, but her existence was not wiped, Scorpio still, miraculously had remembered her name, and wished he knew who she was and wanted to meet her again. That's how she was saved.

He later then died in a car accident, pulling Altair down with him. But that lead both Scorpio and Scalatro to the next life. Now both are going to live the same life, same kind, both human, living a life that is gonna be real painful, one remembering the past, the other, not so much. And now you will know that the now Scorpio, doesn't know the entire story.
