Jason POV

After Piper left, I felt super guilty..... I couldn't handle it, but I had to start part two of of the 'get Piper out of the danger' plan or as Leo calls it 'plan 476683'. I have to now become bf and gf with Pip- Reyna..... I can wait, but I have to do it now. 

right before I left the party at like sun set(when Percy lets out his dog Blackjack). 

I pulled Reyna aside.

"Hey."

"What do you want?"

"I need to fake date you for a while?" I asked bracing for a hit.

"Why?!" She just looked annoyed.

"So I can get Drew off my back."

"Fine what ever. You just owe me." She walked off. I just stood there surprised. I wasn't expecting that.  

As I left I gave Leo a thumbs up. "Part one: Complete."

I got home and I went straight to my room with my dog, Tempest(Who is a golden retriever). He sniffed around my room then he walked into my nightstand and grabbed MY BACKUP GLASSES!!! GODS, sometimes I think my dog doesn't like me.

"I am not in the mood tempest, give. It. BACK. NOW!" I yelled as I got to my feet and ran after my dog who ran out the door. 

I ran into the hall way and slid into the hallway wall shaking some of the pictures of me as a child. I still had my socks on but I can't take them off yet he was already behind the brown hallway wall turning left.

I chased after him. I kept running into the walls cause of the hard wood floors and my socks.

"STOP DOING THAT JASON!!!!" Thalia yelled, "IT IS TOO LOUD!" Then she turned on green day  louder.

I kept running after Tempest, who ran down the stairs. As I ran down I slipped and fell down the stairs making a big crash sound at the bottom. Then got up like nothing happened and ran to the back door which is where tempest ran and right through the doggy door. 

I cursed and ran into the glass and fell. My dog was looking at me with the glasses in his mouth. His tail was going back and forth taunting me.

I opened the door and he ran. As I ran after him, he ran around the house and went to the side yard. I trapped him then picked him up and he was a little heavy but I could still pick he up. I got my glasses back then put him down and he ran to the house. They were bent but I am pretty sure Leo could fix them.

And on cue Leo was walking by during night time.

"Hey Leo!" I shouted as I waved my hands in the air.

He waved and I opened the side gate and ran over to him. He lives right across the street from me, I offer him a ride to school but he always takes the bus.... I never understood. 

"Hey." He said glumly as I ran up to him.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"I drove Pipes home." I said. "I saw her when I went home. Crying. On the side of the street. I picked her up and helped her feel better. She was super sad and didn't want you to know."

"So sh-" I was cut off by Leo.

"No. She didn't tell me, she kept her promise. I told her."

"About our Plan?!?!" I balled my fist.

"No, about how I know you guys kissed then you broke it off." I said.

I started to tear up. "I hate this! I hate Drew! Now I have to get together with Reyna! It's gross! It's like dating Thalia. Thanks Leo..." 

"For what?" He asked.

"Being there for her and for not telling her." I said crying a little.

"Well she is one of my new best friend."

I put my hand on his shoulder and looked into his eyes. "Can I ride the bus with you, again? I think I just lost my ride for Monday."

"Yeah but you can't kiss me right now. You have Piper or Reyna and I have the best girlfriend in the world Calypso so...."

I pushed him and laughed. "See you Monday Leo!"

"Bye, see you Monday!" We both walked into our houses.
