NIALL.
Oh my God, I am freaking out! Why, you ask? Because today is the wedding day. That is not even the worst of it, just wait for it; because Liam's family is powerful and mine is well know, not powerful but well known and kinda influential, our wedding will be broadcasted all over the world! This I was I found out when I got to the venue and was ambushed by paparazzi and them asking about Liam and I's relationship.
"Niall, come down. You are driving me nuts." Louis stepped in front of me and put his hands on my shoulders. We are in my dressing room and I just finished dressing up, just waiting for someone to come tell us that everything is all set up.
"I'm just nervous. Lou, I didn't know the media was going to be here. I don't want every aspect of my life scrutinised by people I don't know." I said to him.
"And how do you know that it's going to happen?" Louis pushed me to sit down and got me some water to calm my nerves.
"Because it is! The Paynes are powerful and my family is well known too. They are not going to leave me alone for one second." I said and Lou sat next to me and hugged me.
The door opened while I was still freaking out. "I leave for one second and you are already a mess." My brother sighs.
"He's just worried that his private life isn't going to be so private anymore." Lou answered for me.
"Oh brother." Greg said and came over to my unoccupied side and rubbed my back. "It's okay, little brother. That will only happen for a few months before they get bored and move on." Greg said, managing to calm me down a bit.
"Yeah. A few months. And if we stay uninteresting, it will be less, right?" I tried to reassure myself.
"Yes. Just be an old boring married couple and they will leave you alone." Louis said to me.
I smiled, finally calm all thanks to my brother and new found best friend. The door opened and Ruth walked in. "We're waiting for you."
I stood up and straightened my tux. I looked at my brother and smiled at him. "Ready to walk me down the isle?" I asked.
"Never thought my baby bro will be getting married before me." Greg sighed and linked our arms as we all walked out of the room.
"That's because I found love before you." I teased and he stuck his tongue at me. We all walked to the hall where the wedding is being held. We stood at the door and I waited for Ruth and Lou to go in before my brother walked me to Liam.
You may be wondering why my mother or father isn't by my side. You would think we would play happy families in front of the media and all, right? Wrong! This is my wedding day and I want to be happy.
I looked at the front of the room and saw a very handsome Liam with Nicola, Zayn and Harry by his side and Ruth and Lou waiting for me and Greg to join them. Greg took Liam's hand and put mine in his before going to sit down.
"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here to witness the union of..." I tuned out after that. I really can't believe that Liam and I are getting married right now. We will be newly weds by the new year. I would have never thought that Liam and I will be in this position.
"... do." Liam squeezed my hand, breaking me out of my daydreaming.
"Do you, Niall James Horan, take Liam James Payne as your lawfully wedded husband, to love and to hold. To respect and cherish. For richer, for poorer. In sickness and in health, until death do you apart?" The priest asked me.
"I do." I firmly said, with a smile on my face.
"If there is anyone who believes that these two shouldn't marry, speak now or forever hold your piece." I held my breath as I looked into the audience, hoping no one says a word.
"If that is so, then we shall continue. May we have the rings?" My brother put the rings on the priest's Bible and he blessed them. "Liam please take Niall's ring and say your vows."
Liam picked up my ring and took my left hand in his. "Niall, I'm not going to say a lot because I'm always at a loss of words and my breath. So all I am going to do, is promise you that I will always love you no matter what. I promise to always protect you at all cost and to cherish you. I promise to respect you and never do anything to hurt you. I promise to never betray you in any way." He put the ring on my left ring finger.
I take the last ring before saying my vow. "You actually are the person that made me realise that I like guys. I have never thought that one day I would be here, marrying you. I stand here, in front of all these people, and promise to be to your everything and give you my everything. I will be there for you when you need means since I know I am going to bite my tongue soon with all this attention on me, I too promise all those things you promised me." I put the ring on his finger and gave him a 100 Watts smile, unintentionally making everyone laugh.
"Okay then. I now pronounce you husband and husband. You may kiss the groom." And that's all we needed to forget about all the eyes on us.
We pulled apart after a bit and faced the guests, with my face in Liam's chest of cause. "Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Mr and Mr Payne." The priest said and everyone cheered.
Liam and I decided to go to our honeymoon at the end of the school year after graduation and unwind then, so now we are going to our reception, where we heard embarrassing stories about each other and had even more fun. But I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable with the stink eye I was getting from Mr Payne. Then again, I was probably being paranoid.
And after that, we retired to our home where we spent our first night as husbands in our bed for the first time.

Happy birthday Nialler. I would write the whole song but I'm lazy like that.
