( Love the song and I feel like it kinda goes a part of this chapter, so enjoy ♡^w^♡)

{3rd person p.o.v}

The rest of that week  you spent doing the same thing you always did, watching YouTube, mainly Leafy, going to work, "hanging out" with your friends.

It was the same as usual, but with a little down side to it. The fact that you had to travel all the the way to Seattle to take care of your annoying little brother, while your parents enjoy their splended anniversary together for a week was agitating.

In time, the day you had to go to the airport to fly Seattle, Washington came.

You had just hung up with your parents when you were about to board the plane, it was 8:00 a.m., you would be at your parents house around 12:30 counting the drive through the city. Your mother said that she and your father would be leaving at 5:00 p.m. for their flight to Hawaii.

You were sitting on the window side of the 2nd class section of the pkane, you could have said it was a pretty decent flight.... but that wasn't the case, you see, you were seated next to a fat snoring business man,  behind you was a 6 year old kicking your seat and complaining that he wanted to candy corn, and in front of you was a 16 year old that would keep turning around in her seat to ask you if some part of her make-up was messed up, even though her entire face was pratically caked in foundation and concealer etc.

(~Time skip to 2 hours~)
(~your p.o.v.~)

Half way through the flight I had pratically given up on having a peacful flight,  instead I just plugged in my earphones into my phone and clicked on the first song on my playlist, "Carry On Wayward Son" by Kansas. I was pretty tired so I could kind of relax a bit.

Carry on my wayward son. There'll be peace when you are done. Lay your weary head to rest. Don't you cry no more!

Ah

Once I rose above the noise and confusion. Just to get a glimpse beyond this illusion. I was soaring ever higher, but I flew too high

Though my eyes could see I still was a blind man. Though my mind could think I still was a mad man. I hear the voices when I'm dreaming, I can hear them say

Carry on my wayward son, there'll be peace when you are done. Lay your weary head to rest. Don't you cry no more

Masquerading as a man with a reason. My charade is the event of the season, and if I claim to be a wise man, well, it surely means that I don't know

On a stormy sea of moving emotion. Tossed about, I'm like a ship on the ocean. I set a course for winds of fortune, but I hear the voices say

Carry on my wayward son. There'll be peace when you are done. Lay your weary head to rest. Don't you cry no more no!

Carry on, you will always remember
Carry on, nothing equals the splendor now your life's no longer empty. Surely heaven waits for you

Carry on my wayward son. There'll be peace when you are done. Lay your weary head to rest. Don't you cry,
Don't you cry no more,

No more!
