The next day at preschool, the kids learn about doctors. 'Miss, I think I need a doctor, Miranda Miller just kissed me on the cheek.' Says a repulsed Casey.
When they get home from school, Nia decides that she wants to be Rena's doctor. 'Rena, I'm your doctor. And I'm gonna make you feel better okay?' She takes a toy stethoscope and listens to Rena's heartbeat.
She then takes a toy thermometer and checks her temperature. 'Oh no, 550°, you need a shot.' She opens her father's first aid kit, pulls out a needle and injects the fluid into Rena's belly. The two year old screams with shock.
Ana comes to see what happened. She pulls the needle out and comforts her. 'Szatania Angelika Morze Enea! You what were you thinking!' While Kenny goes to take Rena to a real doctor, Ana puts Nia on the naughty chair.
' I've put you here, because you went through our first aid kit and injected something nasty into your sister!' She exclaims. When Ana leaves, Nia tries to climb over the chair but as she puts one foot on the back rest, the chair collapses.
Ana rushes upstairs when she hears the loud crash and a scream. She finds Nia on the floor with blood dripping down her forehead. She cleans the cut, puts ointment on it and covers it with a band aid.
'Nia, you could have a really nice life if you were a good girl.' Ana explains to her. 'The more you try to kill your sister, the more we will put you in time out.'
