I keep getting this lonely feeling around me. It's like a huge part of me is just gone. Similar to a detachment from something beloved necessity. Felix is not here. Saddly, the only people I know that came to this University are Star, and James and Max. Iris went to an Institute and Blake is going to the U.S. Army. Unfortunately, James will only be here for a year and will also go to the U.S. Army. It's going to be so damn lonely.
I miss them already. Everything has changed so suddenly. I don't like it. I feel like my whole world is twirling and not in a good, dance-like way. I wish I could do something about it but I can't and wouldn't hold back the people I love from their dreams.
Star was able to become my roommate so that's a good thing. The first week of class wasn't bad except for my advanced Spanish. I hate reading these Hispanic and old puertorican books where they talk 'jibaro' and you can't understand anything. I'm bilingual and all but it's so annoying. English is such a beautiful language for me. I love it so much. It's the key for my way of living and expressing myself.
Anyways, I texted Felix and called him a few times. Obviously he's shocked with the new difficulty but he's accepting it. The good news is that he's taking class with my same old teachers so when I visit him and the teachers see me with him, they'll give him a break. Everything that the teachers have said and asked for are exactly the things they did with me so he is prepared for anything.

"How's everything with you and Felix?" Star asked me as she entered the room. I was marking some pages from my English textbook and taking notes on these little things.
"It's all good. I'm going back home to get some stuff that I have in my room that I need here. I'll surprise him at school."
"Aw! That's so sweet. It's been two weeks since everything so that's why I ask."
"It's alright, what about you and Max?"
"Great! Since I'm in video game animation and he's in graphic animation we have two classes together on Tuesday's and Thursday's."
"James is in bartending, right?"
"Yeah. And Iris is studying backing."
"Cool."

I was driving back to my hometown. I asked Blake if he would go but be said he couldn't because he was gonna train for the day. When I got to school it was 2:54 PM and Felix was supposed to be out pretty soon. I waited for him on that same old bench waiting for him to come by.
The bell rung and a heap of nerve struck me from the inside. I felt happy and anxious to see him again.
"Rivlyn!" A voice from afar shouted with surprise. I opened my eyes and sprang from the bench to see where the person was. A moment later I saw Katty running toward me with open arms. She seems awfully friendly to know me for such short time, that's nice I guess.
"Hey, Katty! Have you seen Felix?" I asked with a smile almost faded.
"Actually, I saw him leave during lunch but I don't know where he went."
"Oh...thanks. I'm sorry but I gotta go, if you see Blake tell him I said hi please!" I began to speed walk to my car.
"Okay!" She answered.
Why would he leave? Is he sick? His parents are probably around here or something. My mind is twirling and I feel dizzy. I drove to his house and it was locked up. I yelled his name but I didn't hear an answer. I ran to my house and unlocked everything as quick as possible.
"Felix!!!" I heard nothing until a shadow near my door began to grow.
"...Riv...Rivlyn?!" He peeked at me hugging one of my fluffy pillows as he sniffles widening his eyes in surprise and excitement.
"I missed you."
He said nothing more and just ran toward me when I had begun to take a few steps forward.
"I missed you too, so much! Not a day passed that I didn't think about you!"
"College is fucking boring without everyone around. I miss being in high school already." I began to cry.
"Please, Rivlyn...don't cry."
"I can't help it."
"You're strong. Nothing temporary or eternal will beat you down."
My voice froze and so did my thought. I was just so thankful and happy to see him again.
