FOREWORD
My second Mintzu fanfic <2 1 4> just reached 1k+ reads! Wehey! *throws confetti* I know it's not much but for me it is, so... ta-da! Another mintzu fanfic! Just a little short one for our Mintzu cravings, lol.

***

Tzuyu ran her fingers to her messy tawny-brown locks to somehow tame it as she swung her legs off the edge of the bed, standing herself up. Biting her lower lip, she smiled when flashes of last night flickered at the back of her lids, gently reminding her of his kisses, his taste, his weight on her, the heat of his body, the way he looked at her when they were about to hit the highest of their bliss… his whole being he was giving to her at every burning touch he laid upon her. She was one damn lucky girl, having Kim Mingyu at her mercy and she on his.

She looked at the sleeping Mingyu, still entangled within her white sheets and giggled at the sight of him raising and falling his still naked chest as he breathed.

The sound of the ticking clock somewhere not very far was the only thing that rang in her ears, aside from the soothing sound of Mingyu’s breathing. Tzuyu decided she’d get a cup of warm coffee; dark, just the way she liked it. She headed towards her kitchen and continued to spoil her cravings.

Her body still sensitive from the lovemaking the whole night before, she giggled, remembering the way Mingyu rolled his eyes at the erotic sensation but brought it down at hers all the time after, entrapped in their messy collision as if reminding himself that she was his and his alone. It made her feel the tingling sensation from her neck to her spine and not to mention just down below her stomach. She knew that throbbing feeling between her thighs very well and it gave her another flustered smirk on her face. Oh, the things Mingyu could do to her even when out of sight and reach.

Sweet baby Jesus, she was in love with the man. There was no denying it.

He, however, had always been vocal about what he felt about her; while she faltered all the time, still terrified at the new feeling swarming her. She couldn’t bring herself to voice it out.

She shrugged away the thought, concentrating on her coffee.

But she couldn't unwrap her head around the idea. Had she just came real with herself? Had she just admitted that she was in love with him? Why, she did. And it made her feel… safe. She felt as if she had won something great, no matter how ridiculous it sounded. By gods, was she going crazy? The tugging at her stomach intensified, confirming it for herself. Sighing, she headed back towards her room where her lover still held hostage by Morpheus*. His soft boyish image; the way some strands of his hair fell to his face, his swollen lips from the night before, his scrunching face as he dream, his lean arms reaching out to the side of her bed as if searching for her to drag into his… it was all too much. Was it even real? He was there yet it was too good to be real. Does this man really love her? What had she done to deserve the kind of love this man was giving her?

Putting the mug of coffee at the end table she had beside her bed, she plumped herself silently at the bed wanting to give into his touch once more. She couldn’t seem to get enough of it. She was sure Mingyu felt her beside him as he grabbed her swiftly and dug her between his arms, rumbling in his sleep. She took in his morning features, it was perfect. She could get used to it. She reckoned there was nothing better waking up every morning than this. She drag her arms and fling it to his waist up to his back, tracing lazy circles on it, making him smile a bit sensing that ticklish feeling but she was sure he was still fast asleep.

Without giving it much thought, she started tracing his name on his back. Then later she subconsciously started tracing ‘I’ on it followed by an ‘L’, an ‘O’, ‘V’, ‘E’… She blinked, still looking into his closed eyes, perhaps memorizing every which way the curve of his face took, she mindlessly drew the word ‘you’. With that, she felt him shifted lightly at her touch which made her stopped promptly and proceeded to just hug him tight.

Mingyu kissed the top of her head where her stubborn mane tickled his face. He whispered, “I love you, too.”

Tzuyu’s eyes widened. Had he just said ‘too’? Did she really just wrote 'I love you' on his back?

Oh good Lord, strike her now.

She buried her face into his chest while she clutched still on his body. “Oh my god, were you awake?”

He just hummed his approval.

“Oh gods, Gyu.”

He chuckled as he raised his clutch from her waist to cup her face while he opened his eyes to look directly into hers, not caring if too much light blinded him momentarily. “What is it, love?” He inquired.

She released her face from his soft touch and got back to burying it into the crook of his neck. “I’m so embarrassed!” Muffled by his skin, she still managed to say.

“What? Why?” Mingyu chuckled again and as much as he needed her warmth, he broke off their contact by a few inches, to make her look at his eyes.

“I’m just- oh, Mingyu!”

“You’re embarrassed because you just admitted that you love me?” He tried to hide his amused smile, admiring how the blood rushed to her cheeks.

Tzuyu meekly nodded, looking somewhere but his gaze.

“I don’t care how you say it, Chew, I’m just glad you feel the same way. Ecstatic even!” He lowered his face to graze his lips on her forehead, longingly. “But can you be a dear and say it again? If you want to, you know. I won’t force you, love.”

Gathering some more courage she never thought existed, she heaved a contented sigh. "I love you,” Barely audible, she whispered, her breath dancing along his chin and jaws as she did.

He pulled her in tightly. “I love you,” He started giving her kisses all over her face; her jaws, her cheeks, her nose, her closed eyes, her chins and then finally sucking on her lower lip. She parted her lips slightly, gaining him access to her sweet, warm cavern. She reminded him of winter, and all things Christmas. There was a tinge of coffee there, which he knew she can’t take every morning without and just the right amount of honey. He sucked in the taste that is hers, loving it flatly.

Tzuyu let him in, allowing him to deepen the kiss just the way she wanted. She didn’t even notice how her hand ended up grabbing a fistful of his raven-colored hair that felt smooth in her palm. Her other hands scraped his back, pulling him closer if possible.

She never thought how she would find solace in another’s arms but here it was. She got it without even searching. In the arms of the man she knew who loved her just as much as she did. Chou Tzuyu finally found home within Kim Mingyu’s presence… and it was complicated but perfect. She readied herself for the misery that comes along every love story, but she knew everything will be worth it.

She loves him and he loves her. That’s all that there was.
