Runningwind is truly awesome. His father is Halftail and his mother is One-eye, and his sister is Mousefur. He was also one of the rare cats who was mentored by a leader (Bluestar) and was only 45 moons at death. I was just going to compare him with Hazeltail, who also died young, only to find that she died at 45 moons too...
He has a minor role in Into the Wild, as he manages to fight two ginger warriors off by himself. In Fire and Ice, he starts to become better friends with Fireheart, only doubting his cousin Cloudkit. In Forest of Secrets, he doesn't show up that much, but appears in the RiverClan patrol. In Rising Storm, however, Runningwind talks to Fireheart more and goes on patrols and the Gathering. But before he makes it to the Gathering, he is ambushed and killed by Tigerclaw, which sucks.
