It was a sunny morning when I woke up. I got out of my own bed in a bra and underwear. I looked at the time and it was about 8:45. I got up and opened the curtains unleashing the bright summer light that leads to the clear blue water. I opened my window and the salty sea water smell came and flooded my room. Most people would hate it but to me it was like home.

It reminded me that Finnick comes home today. He'll be here at 9:30 said the man that came to talk to us about Finnick's new schedule in the Capital. Sadly he rarely gets a lot of time here. The man said he's lucky he even gets to come visit here and have a home here. The good thing is that schedule doesn't start for another month and a half until summer is over.

I got my stuff and went to the bathroom to take a quick shower. When I got undressed, I hopped in the shower and let the water into my hair and I got my shampoos and conditioners to wash it. After I was done cleaning myself, I stayed in the shower a little longer just thinking about everything that has happened.

When I got out I let my hair air dry and I put on some white short shorts and my aqua blue sweater. It went perfect with my sea green eyes. I normally don't wear makeup so I didn't. I promised Tonnie I would meet her at her house then walk her to the main hall where the train station is.

I put on my white sandals to match my outfit. Bryan came out of his room and decided to come along too. Originally he was gonna meet us there but now he wants to come with me to Tonnie's. The walk was short and quiet because Bryan really didn't have anything to say but Bryan and I are normally really close. "Are you excited to see Finnick?" he asked. "Yeah." I said "Are you?" I asked back "Yeah I've been missing his weirdness." Bryan admitted. I laughed and said "Yeah me too" right as Tonnie came out of her house.

"Hello Tonnie" Bryan said "Hello Bryan" Tonnie said with a smile. She came down putting a wrap around herself and gave me a hug "How've you been dear?" she asked me "I've been good although I've been a little dizzy lately and I don't know why?" I told her

"Oh and when did that start?" she asked me as we began to walk "Around last night after that guy came to see us about Finnick." I told her "Maybe it was that weird tea he brought. I've never tasted it before and it felt a little sandy like there was something in it. I thought it was just cheap but it could've been anything. Are you drinking enough water, sweetheart?" she asked

"Yes I thought it could be that so I drank a lot of water but it seemed to be a little worse after." I told her right as we got to the main hall that's full with people already cheering for Finnick. "I don't know we'll figure it out if it gets worse." She said right as a train pulled in.

I saw men with cameras everywhere so this must be going on television. The door to the train opened and Finnick's mentor Mags came out and instantly spotted me. I smiled and next came out Trinny Trinket the chaperone and after came Finnick. Everybody went crazy and Mags came to him and pointed at us my face lit up as Finnick lifted his head and saw me.

It's like nothing else was there. All the noise went silent and the last thing I knew was I was running through people to reach Finnick and he met me halfway.

I crashed into his arms and put my arms around his neck and he put his arms around my waist and picked me up spinning me around. I didn't care if it was on live television and I don't think Finnick did either. He let me down and I smiled at him shaking my head and he just had the biggest smile ever. "What'd I say?" I asked him sarcastically because we both know I said he would win and come home. I guided him to his mother and Bryan.

He hugged his mother and I stayed with Bryan. Mags came over and so did Trinny. When I saw Mags I instantly gave her a hug "Thank you" I said to her. She nodded and smiled back as I let go and walked back to Bryan. They said a few things to Finnick that I couldn't hear. "We can all go back to the house now." Finnick said.
