It all started as soon as the first period bell rang. No one knew it was going to happen. No one could have suspected that there lives would be ended so suddenly that day. No one knew that moment would become the beginning of the end.
But their ignorance didn't stop what was to come. It didn't stop the deadly gas from seeping into classrooms under wooden doors. It didn't stop the sulfurous air from penetrating the lungs of innocent teachers and students.
They didn't know what was happening, and they didn't know why. But they knew that something wasn't right. Almost everyone can tell that something isn't right when their vision becomes blurred and trying to breath is like swallowing bricks.
The gas came at the beginning of first period, and before the hour was up everyone was dead.
