The Misfits

Natalia

     Hi, my name is Natalia. At the moment I'm watching a fawn and her two doe's. The two doe's where born about two weeks ago.

     Currently I'm sitting in a meadow with the deer. The smaller one, which is a female ran, up to me happily wanting to play. So I stood up a bit taller then a horse and jumped around with her.

     After about five minutes the fawn ran into to forest as the two doe's followed her. I laid down slightly exhausted. But I knew I couldn't stay there for long for I was a dragon.

     I was a teal green with purple speckles down my back and tail with a darker teal underbelly and red eyes.

     As I was resting I heard a loud cracking sound from behind me. As if by instinct I laid down on my stomach,  the tall grass around helping me hide.

"Where did you say you saw it?!" Yelled a man who stepped out into the meadow, hunting gun in hand ready to take aim at whatever he saw fit of killing.

"It was over there in the middle of the meadow."said a teen boy as he walked towards me.
     "Oh no what do I do!?"I said in a low tone. The boy stopped about five feet away from me when he noticed the trail of purple spots that went down my back and tail."I think I found it."the boy said and he inched closer to me with a rope in his hands.
