Just Another Diggy Story....

Dance of a lifetime...

Diggy Simmons was having auditions for dancers to perform at his BET pre-show performance for his brand new song “copy, paste.” There were plenty dancers in the room and you began to wonder if you would be able to perform well.. then you heard “[your name] you’re up next.” You picked up your bag and walked into the hall. You see diggy sitting on a chair behind a table with two other guys at his side. As you walk to the table to hand them your résumé, you see Diggy flash a smile a smile at you. You smile back realizing that he’s even cuter in person.

Diggy: Hey, your [your name] right?

You : Yea

Diggy : sooo.. you came to dance for me right?

You : mhmm..

Diggy : alright.. show me what you got.

You dance to your best ability but you can’t help but wonder if Diggy is enjoying your performance. You end of your performance with a cartwheel and jump into a split. You go “tada” as an added part just to sound cute. You look in diggy’s direction and realize he can’t stop smiling so you smile back.

Diggy : [claps] that was awesome girl.. and I loved the “tada”

You : [blushes] thanks, I should go so the next girl can come in.

Diggy : hold on, could I get your number first, I mean I really wanna see you again.

You : o-ok [you couldn’t believe diggy Simmons just asked you for your number!]

You go over to the table diggy and his friends are on and he hands you a piece of paper. You write down your number, thank diggy and walk out the room.

Diggy : I hope this ain’t a fake number

You : So it’s like that huh

Diggy : [smiling] naw girl just asking, I’ll call you later.

You walk out the studio and outside with a huge smile on your face as you catch a cab to drive you back home. You couldn’t believe all that happened in one day and you couldn’t wait to get home and tell your friends.
