Just Another Diggy Story....

Is he gonna call?

After catching a ride home, you walk up to your room and turn your computer on. The first thing you check is if any of your friends are online.

[No contacts online]

You : oh well.. I guess I’ll just check my email.

You go through your email… spam, spam, win a brand new “Ford focus” click to enter, spam. You suddenly see the ‘S’ on you skype light up. When you looks to see, you realize it’s your friend Tsian messaging you

Tsian : Hey girl

You : Hey

Tsian : How was the audition? Did you meet Diggy simmons? Is he better looking up close?

You : lol girl calm down! The audition was alright, yes I met diggy simmons, yes he is even cuter in person and..

Tsian : and…

You : he asked me for my number..

Tsian : your lying!

You : No, I’m not he said he wanted to see me again.

Tsian : I’m so jealous of you!

You : Lol

Tsian : wanna webcam?

You : sure

You and tsian webcam for around 5 minutes when you realize you don’t even have you phone on you! What if Diggy called me and I didn’t even know?! What if he thinks I stood him up!? You rush to you bag and pull out your phone. You breathe a sigh of relief, no new calls, and no new messages.

Tsian : so when do you think diggy will call you?

You : I don’t even know I mean he’s so busy why would he have time to talk to me?

Tsian : don’t say that obviously he’s interested in you! I don’t think anyone asks people for their number’s just like that!

You : yea I hope your right.

10 more minutes passed by, no call.. you begin to wonder if it was all just a scam when you phone begins to blast out “great expectations.” Suddenly a burst of excitement fills your body as you press the green button on your phone.

Diggy : Hey, um [Your name] ? you there?

You: yea sorry, I didn’t think you would call me

Diggy : why girl I’m not like that.

You : I see that now

Diggy : yea so um I wanted to ask you if you wanted to have dinner with me later? I know this awesome restaurant.

You : sure. What time?

Diggy : nah I’ll pick you up I just need to know your address.

You : so first my number, then my address, what’s next Mr Simmons?

Diggy : [laughs] ha-ha don’t worry I got you, so your address

You tell diggy your address and he tells you what time he’s coming to pick you up. You say your goodbyes and hang up the phone.

Tsian : Girl I ‘ve never seen you smile so much in my entire life

You : [startled] tsian oh my god, you scared me, I didn’t even know you were still on the call!

Tsian : yes I was and I told you diggy would call you!

You : yes, yes you did

Tsian : soo when  is lover boy coming?

You : around 7 o’clock

Tsian : [your name] ITS 6:15 GO GET READY!

You : lol okay okay! Bye

You sign out of skype and shut your computer down. You hop in the bathroom and take a quick shower. After you’re done, to walk over to your closet and look for something to wear. You take out a blue dress that’s just above your knee, take out a pair of silver hoops and add a necklace. You look at yourself one last time, and think to yourself “ I look hot!’ you check your watch ‘6:55’ Diggy was going to pick you up soon so you go in the living room and watch TV while you wait.
