I woke up hella early. My cheek and lip felt so fucking sore but I couldn't let that hold me back now. Today's Sousuke's birthday, and he needs to have a great day. Thankfully, Sousuke doesn't wake up for a while so I have time to plan such. I already have everything set up in my mind. I got this covered honestly. When I got up, I ran to my dresser and threw on a black v-neck and black jeans with my converse. There. I was ready for the day. I exited the dorm room and ran down the hall, rushing out of the exit while trying to tame my maroon hair into a ponytail. I was silent though, because first of all, my face hurt and I had no intention of talking and second of all, I needed to get Sousuke's party set As soon as possible. I just want to see a warm smile on his beautiful face. That's all I want from today. I started my walk, because we still don't have a car, and I started my way off to the Pets Valley. It's a pet store near by, like 20 minutes I guess. As I was walking, my phone buzzed in my pocket. I lifted my phone up, smiling and putting it to my ear. "Hey, Ai" I greeted, already knowing its him. "Matsuoka-Senpai! Me and Momo will meet you at Pet Valley. We will help you with who you need to talk to to get Sou's first gift." Nitori babbled while I laughed slightly, not moving my mouth much. "Alright great. Thanks Ai, I owe you one" I let out a sigh while crossing the street, hearing my converse clash against the street as I ran past the crossing Guards who shines with the shitty neon yellow material. Nitori giggled through the line as I could hear the door slam and Momo shouting in the background. "No problem Matsuoka~Senpai. I hope Yamazaki~Senpai has a great birthday because of your plans!" He cheered as I nodded to myself. "Yep! He'll be happy today, I swear!" I laughed before we both said goodbye and shut our phones off. We were in a hurry now, we didn't want him to wake up anytime soon really.

I made it to the Pets Valley after more than 15 minutes, not as bad as I thought. Well, it was pretty much because I sprinted half way. But anyways, I saw two heads waiting by the door, one with bright orange hair and the other head had a small bowl cut with silver locks. It was Momo and Nitori. I smiled happily, even though my mouth and cheek stung from the grin given. The two males ran to me, smiling, "we found a great employee! They know good prices for the dogs" Ai chirped as Momo nodded quickly. I nodded. "Thanks you two" I said as I hugged them both with a laugh. "Did you guys also get the car to the parking lot?" I questioned as Momo nodded. "Yep! I got the workers to drive the car to the academy's parking lot. And this!" He shoved me the car keys and and the envolope I got developed for Sousuke's birthday. "Thanks you two. I owe you guys a shit ton" I sighed with relief, holding onto the car keys and envelope with causation. The two males opened the door for me, as We all walked inside. The area reeked of pet fur, it wasn't that bad but I still wouldn't like the smell in my house. Eh, oh well. Nitori and Momo brought me over to the employee they were talking about as I smiled to him. Psh, no need for introduction. I knew him since elementary school. I laughed, "Hey Makoto, what's up?" I asked, happy to see an old friend.

"Great! I'm happy you guys came over here to get a pet!" Makoto grinned, he was always so happy. Like he never was upset. It was kinda weird but he was still a great friend. Momo laughed. "Oh crap! I forgot you went to school with him Matsuoka-Senpai," Momo giggled into his wrist, as Nitori looked dumbstruck. "Oh yeah! Tachibana-San said he knew you of some sort!" He said with awe as Makoto nodded. "Yeah, we used to swim together. And please, Just call me Makoto" he laughed happily, starting to walk down a lane, full of animal products and animal play toys. He walked, a hop in his step. "Well, what kind of pet are you looking for today?" Makoto asked while looking back at us, curiously. "Oh, uh. Sousuke always wanted a dog, he wanted to meet my dog Weanie sometime but he's in Australia so he just thought dogs were great. So any tough dogs that need a home?" I asked, tilting my head lightly. Now I wanted a 'tough' dog for Sousuke because seriously. He's a tough fucking guy, and I would like him to have a dog that matched his personality. "Yeah! Of course!" He smiled, his bright green eyes shimmering in the lights. He sighed softly as he pushed up a pair of thick framed glasses, then his eyes adjusted before looking to me. He waved his hand in a 'follow' motion so of course, me, Nitori and Momo followed after Makoto. I just stared at him. I've missed a lot, he still had the broad ass shoulders, he had his normal expression but he shot up in height and he wore glasses now?.. Well, I guess I have to get used to the fact that we're all growing up. I dragged myself out of my thoughts as Makoto brought us to the dogs area. "Here's a cutie!" Makoto squealed, crouching over and lifting up a small Rottweiler. It was definitely just a puppy, it looked full of excitement as it licked Makoto's face. I looked to the small dog, feeling heartbroken by its appearance. The puppy had one eye, his other one stitched up, and only three legs...
