Chapter 4

As Budo leaned closer to Ayano, he whispered, softly. 'Please, reset.' Ayano was shocked! How could he know this. She shoved Budo's face away from her, 'W-what?' Ayano stuttered, how could he know this. Budo just smirked and turned to leave, but before he left, Ayano-chan glared at Budo and said 'What's with you?' She stood up, with one last glance of senpai, the bell rang.

Under the cherryblossom tree

'I-I'm sorry, but no.' Senpai replied kind of uncomfortable. It pierced Ayano-chan's heart,'did this really happen?' She thought. She can't accept it, after what she has done, she never got the yes that she wanted. Ayano's inner Yandere got mad and a lovesick Ayano, has awoken. She became really insane, she took out her knife behind her skirt, ready to kill senpai. Coincidentally, Budo came across them and noticed Ayano-chan changed. He noticed the sharp knife behind her. He quickly ran to her, and stopped her. 'Ayano- chan... Snap out... Of it!' Shaking her. All Budo could here was the words, kill and Senpai. Which Budo realized, she was rejected. With a sigh, he didn't want to do this... *slap*... Ayano has returned to normal holding her cheek which Budo slapped 'Ouch.' She simply said. She looked at Budo who had a relieved face. 'Why did you do that?' She asked kinda mad. Budo smiled and  looked at Ayano-chan he simply replied 'I'm glad you're back.' She was confused then she remembered that she was rejected, but somehow it didn't bother her. She looked up at Budo. 'W-why are you... Why did you, stop me?' She looked at him so many questions lingering in her mind. Budo, too. Was confused, why he suddenly slapped her, but he of course knew that he saved his friend from Ayano's inner killer. Some part of Budo, was telling him, that this world, they are in, will reset, because 'Budo, I'm sorry, but, you do know, that this will reset because...' Then they both chorused 'This is all just a game.' This time, Budo was leaning his forehead on Ayano's forehead.' I know.' He smiled blushing a little. Ayano noticed their position then blushed a bit. 'But~' Ayano heard Budo say, 'We can repeat, this friendship.' This made Ayano a bit upset, but she did not know why. Ayano geniunely smiled and replied 'Then, I'll keep on reminding you, that you are my best friend.' Budo blushed seeing Ayano smile. Then he parted from Yan-chan's forehead. Noticing that Ayano, too was blushing. They both smiled and was about to leave when Ayano's phone vibrated. Seeing it was info-chan. Here's what the message went:

Info-chan: I see you have failed. But you know you have two options. Whether reset it, or stay like that.

Ayano thought for a moment... He looked at Budo then looked at the cherry tree. Then an idea occured to Ayano. Ayano leaned in Budo's ear and whispered something. Budo was a bit upset but let Ayano, choose her destiny. She replied info-chan.

Ayano: I'll reset.
