Five Times Obi Kisses Shirayuki

First

The first time he kisses her is an affectionate peck on her hood as she's melting down over an exam.
"W-what if I don't do well? They'll throw me out of the castle!" his mistress exclaims as she frantically tries to reorder her notes scattered on the stone pavement around her. Obi tries desperately hard not to laugh at her exasperated yelp when her notes start to flutter in the wind but he bites back the sound when he sees the gleam of tears in her eyes.
Obi sighs, and the mistress yelps again when he yanks her hood over her eyes.
"You have nothing to worry about, Miss," he tells her honestly, his voice a bit too serious for his own liking. He pats her head and she hiccups.
He doesn't even realize until he's leaning away that he's pressed his lips against the top of her hood.
The mistress doesn't say anything but her breathing slows and she doesn't seem so scattered anymore.
Naturally, she does well on the exam and is formally welcomed as a court botanist.
