Hey this is a challenge thingy for December that I'm doing from my dear friend SuperBatman4 who sent me this you can check out how she's doing on her version or my other friend Loony5789 on her version and you have to do one thing a day these challenges are:
Day 1: Pick one of your friends, and get them to tell you a random fact about themselves. Write a story about this. Yes, including 'I like cookies.'
Day 2: Check which (well-known) holiday is nearest to the date. Write a poem about that. This includes things from fantasy stories, (Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings) or just novels that you like, although they should be well known (Sherlock Holmes).
Day 3: Choose your favourite food, then a side dish to go with it. (Chips count. A whole other meal, ie hotdog as a side, does not.) Write about one person eating it... Slightly less politely than they should in public. Include an embarrassed friend, which can be based off of someone else, or a real event.
Day 4: Invent a character that lives happily, is innocent, and loves the sun. (Yay) Now create one that is dark, lives in the shadows and is *hem, hem* seductive. (Seductive does not have to be a quality.) Create a scene around that. (I think I blushed just writing that word...)
Day 5: Make a character based on your best friend. Make another character based on your worst enemy (you don't have to personally know them, they could be a celebrity you don't like) Write a scene about them being stuck in an elevator. (Mwuhahaha) It'll be better if the friend hates them too.
Day 6: Remember your enemy and the brooding dark guy? Well... GENDER SWAP! Make both of them the opposite sex. Then make them meet. Hehe...
Day 7: One week down! Three and a bit to go. What's your favourite drink? And now... How was it invented? (No lists of ingredients. At all. Or methods. Mad scientists, however, are acceptable.)
Day 8: Remember day 6? (Someone's gonna say 'No'. I can feel it.) Well, now the innocent person enters the room, also gender swapped. GO!
Day 9: BOOM! Your favourite character from this challenge so far just lost all their hair. If they were bald, BOOM! They just gained hair! And begin your piece.
Day 10: Innocent person and seductive person are BACK! I don't know if they're enemies, lovers, or mutual friends, but now they're going scuba diving. One-shot.
Day 11: Write a sonnet about Day 2's challenge. Make sure it sounds poetic, and... poem-ity. (Yeah, poetic, right?)
Day 12: Write a descriptive piece of text about innocent person. Mainly based on image. The catch? It's in terrible grammar. (For example: teribel grammer.)
Day 13: Re-write yesterdays piece. You need good grammar again. It can be really short. Why? Because you can't reuse any adjectives you used yesterday (describing words).
Day 14: Yay! 2 weeks! If you've done all so far, good job! You're doing well. If not, good job anyway, try and get all of them from here. Today, choose a person you don't personally know, (as in, you've never spoken to or met them, unless it's for an autograph or something. Basically, a celebrity,) and view them on the holiday from Day 2.
Day 15: Horror story time! Invent a scary character, and make them meet a small child. And please, no sexual references: I'm pretty sure someone out there quirked an eyebrow.
Day 16: I love this one! Create a fairy tale! Can be rhymes, poems, short stories, sonnets, songs; anything! But don't make it long - this does have to be completed within a day.
Day 17: Oh dear. You - or someone else - are lost in a forest. What do you do on your first day wandering? Someone else can be there if you want. Oh, and if it's you, I want you to be true to your characteristics and skills. You may know what you want to do first, but could you as a person actually do it? Strength and bravery counts in this.
Day 18: Write the most cliché thing you can think of. Go on. Do it.
Day 19: Hello innocent person! Oh no, you lost your foot. It's still bleeding? Enter the embarrassed friend from Day 3. And begin your short story.
Day 20: The words, "Hang your head in shame," are so overused, I can't bare to hear them again. Write a story around them, including them at least once somewhere.
Day 21: OH YEAH. 3 WEEKS! You're doing awesome! Think of any activity, and write about peoples reactions three weeks into doing it non-stop.
Day 22: Most evil living thing you can think of! Quick! I don't care if it's funny or ridiculous! Now, write about it taking candy from a baby. Literally.
Day 23: Most not evil living thing you can think of! Quick! I don't care if it's funny or ridiculous! Now, write about it taking candy from a college boy in his twenties. The type from the funny movies, to be clear. (Oh, this should be entertaining!)
Day 24: Imagine a town, or house, or daughter, or anything I don't mind. And it's been following 3 rules - rules that aren't official, generally - all it's life. Something has been influencing it for it's whole life. It doesn't really know anything else. So: Write your three rules, and a little bit about it.
Day 25: Generally, people start these types of things at the beginning of months. If you did, and the month was December, it's now Christmas! Merry Christmas (or anything else you're celebrating). So, I only want you to pick one gift you've ever gotten for Christmas - if it is Christmas, then this Christmas, and if you don't celebrate Christmas, any gift - and write something short about it coming alive. If it's not Christmas, then you're not distracted by awesome things, and it can be longer.
Day 26: So, still in Christmas (or at least, December) spirits, I'm going to point out that most places are icy in the winter (genius!). So, now innocent person and *seductive* person are in a car. It crashes. BEGIN!
Day 27: Chose any song, any song at all. You don't even have to say which one. Then base a story around it!
Day 28: That makes 4 weeks! Good job guys! You're doing awesome. Today, I want you to write a diary page about any one you want. If you really want to, you can even make it about someone from this challenge. (So many beloved characters...) I would suggest the *seductive* man.
Day 29: So close! Innocent persons in a zombie apocalypse... Write about the first day, Day 17 style. 2 more days and you've finished the challenge!
Day 30: One more day... I hope this has been enjoyable for you. Today, I want you to make a piece including some very bad puns. The type of puns where you're already talking about a subject before you edit a word to make it a pun (ie, I want to go to the seaside, but I'll have to invite Sharon, and she can be a beach). Please italicize the main pun word!
Day 31: Oh gee, last day, huh? Well, today I want you to take your enemy from earlier chapters, and - oh noes, they died. Shame. What is the reaction of innocent person and dark person?
Got that you can do it too, if your strange. And you tell me so I can tell SuperBatman cuz otherwise she'll kill me. Bye.
