Knights v2 - wake up call

a whole new world

My cryo pod opens and i sight that the other cryo pods open. Mom, Raven, Vanesa, Dan, and i give a yawn. Raven kicks the door open as the door knob had been melted off. the room is lit. though there's some blood on the ground bullet holes in the walls. Then we notice the charred remains of skeletons, the thing lighting the room is flickering like a strobe light. "Is it over?" Dan asks. I look up the shaft where the ladder should've been. Mom pushes a button and the lights go out. Then she turns on the flashlight she had on her. We walk to a door labled stairway. She eases the door open and leads the way up the steps. When we get to the top we find the door kicked in. We walk to the door and find the burnt remains of the house. "Guess smokey couldn't stop that fire." Vanesa says nervously looking around expecting something to jump out. My arm throbs from the pain.

I wake up finding Mom setting a plate down for me. "You must've been having one strange dream Max. I came in to check on you and saw you stirring." I look at the plate finding pancakes. 'Was any of that real? Is that a distant future?' Even Knowledge and Wisdom seem baffled. 'Perhaps it is a sign of near danger.' Knowledge states. Tilting her head slightly mom asks. "Are you ok son? You look like you've seen a ghost." I nod and give her a hug with my good arm. "I am sorry that happened to you. Your father has no right to leave you alone like that." I look out the window finding a calm snow fall. "My mind is being messed with. DAD GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!"

Raven and Vanesa help me up. Mom glares at dad. He looks to me and says. "My my you are smarter then i thought boy." Dan glares at him saying. "Leave him alo-" Then memory that i don't call that entity a father anymore sets in when he blasts Dan with dark energy. I reveal my vampire fangs and glare at the thing and fire a beam of dark energy that he catches. "Yet you still fail to understand. I control what happens to people now. I created the New United States government. I control the outcome of everything that happens from here on out. But there is only one thing standing in my way. Thats the five of you. By now you must know that the United Alliance disappeared years ago. Even if they still do exist they will never come to YOUR rescue." A voice answers. "Then your dead wrong. The United Alliance shelters all who are good." I sight Nickolis Nethsur. The entity looks at Nick saying. "You have no place in my world Nethsur. Leave now, or i will kill you." Cebella draws her swords saying. "Then you'll have to go through me to get to him." I draw the energy blade i made from technology i fould in my room saying. "I'll fight you even if its the End of the World."
