LINDA P.O.V:
I thought today would be a good day to legally adopt Letoya, and get her some stuff to help with her pregnancy and everything. I'm drag her mother to court right along with Daron and Shauna. I have to talk to her about who she said attacked her in school. I'll talk to her when I get home, and to her about going to counselling.
I get home and the is are watching a movie on the couch.

Linda: Can i talk to you for a minuet lady bug?
Toya: Sure.
Linda: Remember when we were at the hospital and you first told me about evrything and had me look in Da's phone?
Toya: Uhm yes ma'am....???
Linda: Okay so you said that you were assaulted in school, am i correct?
Toya: Uhm.. I... yes..
Linda: Was is Daron?
Toya: No ma'am... Not that time.
Linda: Who was it Toya, i want to help you.You don't have to go through this alone.
Toya: I.. I don't want to. I don't know how..
Linda: Does Da know who it was?
Toya: Yes Ma'am.
Linda: Da, can you come here a second.
Da: What's going on?
Linda: As you know we are going to be helping Toya out, Can you help out for a second i need a name?
Da: Uhm okay?
Linda: Did Toya tell you about being assaulted in school?
Da: Yes ma'am.
Linda: Why did y'all stop texting when you were talking about it?
Da: Our teacher saw us texting each other and asked for our phones.
Linda: Hmmm. Who is the "he" she reffered to.
(Da looks at Toya for assurance.)
Da: Mr. M.
Linda: Your teacher?
Da: Yes ma'am.
Linda: Toya, is this correct?
Toya: Yes ma'am.
Linda: Kids get in the car we have an errand to run.

Letoya's P.O.V:
Me and Da get in the car and wait for Ms.Linda to finish locking up the house and get in the car. We riding down the street and pass every single store, once we approach a light she pulls over and ask me if i wanted to start therapy. I agreed, maybe it would be helpful to me. Then she pulls up to a court house... I just stare at the window.

Toya: Why are we here?
LInda: Because what you went through will be justified, if it kills me.
Da: They gonna help?
LInda: Yes
Toya: What do I have to do?
Linda: Just sit by me unless you get called to the stand then you will answer the questions asked.

I sat there and prayed for this to end. It seemed like it took forever, of course I got called to the stand. I started shaking as Mr. M. looked at me with hateful eyes. I finally realized that the only reason she was able to make this a case so fast is because Ms. Linda is a lawyer, one of the best in the town. judge Sal looked at me and had me swear on the book after that Ms. Linda approached the bench to talk
Hours passed and eventually the case was over, Daron got charged with repetitive sexual harassment. The judge also said that when the baby is born that I have the option of placing him on child support since he is 17. My mother was charged with child neglect. Mr. M was not charged because we have no proof that he sexually assaulted me in the school. So he got off completely, and will be at work tomorrow morning.
LINDA P.O.V:
I can't believe he got away with that. I am just gonna switch her class so that she wont have to deal with him. We drive all the way to the school where we see Mr. M walking into the school building. I put the kids behind me and we walk in. We get into the office and immediately Toya stares at Mr. M and grabs hold of Dashoun's arm and starts shaking. So I have them go out and wait.
2 hours later
Finally I got her class changed, there should be no confrontation between them two at all. Hopefully things will start to get better for her. I go into the hall to see the kids gone, so i go out into the parking lot to see them sitting on the car. I feel so bad for her I really do, no girl should have to go through this.
DAHOUN'S P.O.V:
This entire world is messed up, who i n their right mind would believe that she fabricated the story of being assaulted by a teacher. Finally my mom took us home. When we got there Letoya went straight to bed. I spoke to my mom then went to bed too. When i got in the room she was nowhere in sight. So i figured she was in the closet, of course she was. I picked her up and put her in the bed and laid next to her then she rested her head on my chest and slept the whole night. "All mine she is. Thank you god for this lovely angel of mine."
