LINDA'S P.O.V:
I don't know what's going on, i'm at work and get a call from the school. Letoya is going crazy. I tell my boss that I have a family emergency and I'll just take an early lunch, he agreed and with that I race to the school.
I get there and get to the office to see Dashoun going off in the main office and Letoya holding him back in complete tears. I run in and grab her and push him to the all so that he cant move. "What the hell has gotten into you?" I ask him anxiously. "He touched her again ma he wont leave her the fuck alone". He shouts. I ignore it and tell him and Letoya to go wait in the car.
I walked over to where Steven MCcoy was and and punched him dead in his face. He fell back knocking over everything on the secretary's desk. "If you touch her again I will have you fired and arrested, don't you know what you are doing to her is wrong." I yelled before kicking him in his manhood. I left afterwards to take her to the hospital. We got there and i demanded a rape kit and also have the baby checked on.
Within hours all the information I needed was presented to me. Since MCcoy was obviously too dumb to wrap up or at least pull out. He decided to bust in her mouth and now we have a sample because she started coughing up blood and semen the doctors say. Luckily the baby is okay. With the results from the doctors I went straight to the courts, leaving the kids in the car. Lucky for me a have a little leeway with the cases and MCcoy wasn't fully free. With this evidence there is no way he can get by this time, and now i'll have Toya and Dashoun testify, I myself will testify if necessary.
LETOYA'S P.O.V:
Ms. Linda had test run on me at the hospital to see if she could find any trace of him, I guess they found something because she dropped down to her knees thanking the lord for everything. Eventually we were given the discharge papers and we got in the car. In what seemed like a matter of seconds we were sitting outside the courthouse. My heart dropped. I looked at her and she said that he wouldn't be here. We got inside and she had a case set up, she must be a beloved lawyer. The judge looked at everything and told her that there would be an official trial tomorrow.

I get dressed after Dashoun. Ms. Linda told us that we both may have to testify against him. I look around as we get in the court room. I see my counselor, the head of security Mr. MCcoy and his attorney. Of course i was first called to the stand.

Sean: Ms. Letoya, is it true that your god brother Dashoun was arrested for repetitive abuse, child endangerment, and sexual harassment?
Letoya: Yes sir.
Sean: And is it true that you also accused my client of sexual harassment?
Letoya: I did.
Sean: Was my client charged with anything?
Letoya: No sir i don't believe so.
Sean: That's all for now.

Next thing I knew Ms. Linda was smiling and telling me it was time to go. Mr.MCcoy was in handcuffs.
